I had a lovely Nourish Bowl here. A really well balanced lunch, with tons of flavour. The sweet potato chips made my day! As usual, I spied on other diners‘ meals. The pumpkin and zucchini fritters looked nice. Pulled beef Benedict is a pretty huge investment in protein. I liked my dish best.

This was the most incredible gluten free, dairy free, low fodmap food I’ve had anywhere! The staff were lovely and opened by checking on our special diets and knew immediately what could be catered to them.

This place is fantastic. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Nice atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to everyone, especially those with gut issues as they cater to FODMAPs / gluten free etc.
Fantastic clean food, perfect for anyone on low fodmap diet, or just wanting good healthy food. Excellent service. Warm cosy environment. They even have a range of frozen meals, pasta sauces and relish. For those who want something healthy to take away. Highly recommended
