THIS CAFE IS AMAZING, everything about it ticks the boxes! Could eat a prosciutto panini every damn day! 10/10
This is my current favorite place for brunch in Camberwell. I went to this place for Brunch on a Sunday morning with my friends. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and we easily got the table which was very nice.We ordered French Toast, Acai and Charred Greens. The wait for the food was a bit longer, but beside this the portion of the food was very generous and the food was ridiculously awesome.Me along with my friends, really enjoyed the visit to this cafe and we gonna come back. I would definitely suggest everyone out there to give it a try.
Eggs Benedict and cumin eggplant is what we had I believe and they were both satisfying and pleasurable to look at. Coffee was perfect as well. It was great to come to beautiful Camberwell and walk through the tree lined streets to this cafe. Will come again!
They had amazing customer service as well as their food came really fast! The environment was also very nice and cozy!
This is my favourite brunch dish in Melbourne. Middle eastern in flavour you get a mound of beautifully tender Smokey eggplant with hummus, feta, cumin, dukkah, bread, pumpkin puree, quinoa, nuts, kale tabouli, pomegranate, and a poached egg. Super filling in a good way and packed with a delicious mix of complimentary flavours and textures. Seriously good.
Great presentation, very satisfying portion size and flavour. Ordered the Smoked salmon on bread and Breakfast burger
A group of us had breakfast there and every meal looked appetizing. The food was enjoyed by all and service was faultless. Really enjoyed the experience.
Have visited so many times since living in the area and the food never fails! Coffee is great and staff are super friendly.
We visited on a Saturday morning and received quick and friendly service. The menu was great and very flexible for people with dietary requirements. The coffee was perfect for me. We ordered 3 dishes (only took photos of 2): açai bowl, Nutella French toast and the smoked eggplant. My son was very happy with the Nutella French toast. My daughter said there was too much coconut in the açai bowl and my smoked eggplant was not balanced correctly with textures and temperature. I found most components were cool or lukewarm which I was not expecting. There was a lot of sloppy elements: purée pumpkin, hummus, eggplant and I think whipped feta? The only crunchy elements were a few almonds and 2 very small pieces of sourdough which was not enough to mop up all the food. I would not order this again and I didn’t find it was seasoned well with enough flavour. Overall ok but not enough to make me go back.
We had the acai bowl with coconut yoghurt and it looks even more spectacular than it does in the photographs on the internet. I'll definitely be back.
Food and service are very good. Have been three times now and have enjoyed every visit. Eggplant breakfast is excellent.
Was beautiful breakfast highly recommended I had the smoked eggplant with hummus so good friendly staff and helpful also, will definitely go back!
Nice decor, pleasant ambience, staff are friendly and there are a wide variety of choices on menu. I loved the nutella french toast (I ordered mine without cream) and the smoked eggplant was also fantastic! Really nice blend of flavours and both dishes were presented well. We will definitely be back!
We ordered Smashed Avo and Smoked Eggplant dishes. Both were awesome. Big chunks of avocado and feta cheese, flavourful and well designed. Restaurant also got a positive vibe to it that just drags you in.
First time at this cafe and definitely will be back. The French Toast was delicious- and definitely decadent! Smashed avo- great portion size and the pesto on top of the added halloumi was a fantastic bite.
Big shout out to our waitress- the customer near us was rude to her and made her ‘check’ with the coffee guys after already stating that they didn’t have something, and then changed her mind twice after already ordering. The server handled it well and much better than I would have.
Great cafe for some delicious food and lovely service.
Decent menu selection, presentation was beautiful and the portion of the meal was perfect.
Staff greeted us at the door, however were a little pushy when asking us to order when we hadn't looked at the menu ( this happened on 2 occasions with different staff members). Coffee was not bad- I think they used Inglewood beans.
Overall 4/5 would potentially go back but the service and atmosphere would not make me go out of the way to visit.
Food was a standout, really delicious. Good work guys! We will be back 😋
Good place for brunch, not too crowded over the weekend when we went. Staffs were also friendly and attentive. Love their chia pudding!
Massively happy after having brunch here on a Sunday morning. Everything in this plate was everything that I loved and so much more. The pesto went really well with the rest of the dish, with a cheeky addition of halloumi of course. There was a good balance of flavours and just overall had a great mouth feel to it. Definitely going to try other items on the menu !
Now officially one of my favourite cafes in Melbourne! Visited Heritage Wall on the weekend with some friends, all of whom had a mix of dietary requirements. The cafe was super accommodating with everyone's dietary needs, and had a fair few delicious vegan options for me to choose from. I ended up picking the roasted eggplant dish with pomegrante and hummus, and was blown away by the size of the dish and the taste. Coffee was also great! Will definitely be back :)
Nice burger and quiet place for friends’ catch up
Loved the feast that the team at Heritage Wall are delivering up! We ordered the nutella french toast & buttermilk chicken burger (lunch item only available after 11am) as well as an iced latte and iced coffee. The chicken burger is like a deluxe version of the maccas spicy chicken clubhouse. The crisp and flavourful batter with the soft fluffy bun and a generous coating of sauce. I really liked the chips on the side which had a substantial bite to them since they were a chunky size! I could not stop reaching for them! The nutella french toast on the other hand is every sweet lover's absolute dream! The toast was eggy, light and fluffy so you could keep going! It was paired with fresh strawberries and a poached pear to balance the decadence that came from the thick layer of nutella and cream. It was such an indulgent dish and every bite was so rich and creamy! The portions were massive as well and the prices were mostly under $20! We saw many other outstanding dishes which were ordered by those around us that gave us massive food envy! Will definitely be back to try the rest of their menu.
Had brunch here, the food was really well portioned and very aesthetic. We ordered the banana bread and Smoked sqlmon dishes. It came in a reasonable amount of time. The banana bread was good but quiet sweet probably couldn’t finish the whole thing alone. The smoked salmon came with a good amount of smoked salmon and complemented the bread, pumpkin and avocado nicely. The service was ok, we sat outside in the sun and not many staff passed by to help including providing water etc. prices were standard, definitely worth it if you have zomato gold.
Came here on an early Sunday morning for breakfast and the food didn’t disappoint. My friend had the banana bread breakfast and I had the Nutella french toast. My french toast was super generous in portion for one person and it had lots of fresh strawberries, Nutella and cream on it. Even though I’m not a big fan of cream, it worked surprisingly well with all the combinations on the plate. I love the taste of french toast with Nutella.
My friend had banana bread and hers came with three generous slices of bread topped with some cream, passionfruit, caramelised banana. She was starving when we got there but as they had generous portion, she couldn’t finish it all. The banana bread was moist and not dry. Fresh fruits were a good touch for it.
Overall, the ambience was lovely and the staff were very friendly. They would ask if everything was alright and always had a smile on their face :)
I would definitely visit again to try their other dishes.
What a beautiful and sunny day to enjoy a brunch at Heritage Wall Camberwell. This cafe has a fantastic location at the top of the Camberwell shopping strip. Its fresh and white interior blends well with the warm toned brick to create a stunning looking cafe. Not only that, but the food was absolutely amazing. The middle eastern twist was so inventive and really brought a fresh view to brunch.
I decided to go for the ‘Smoked Eggplant’. This comes with Hummus, Feta, Cumin, Dukkah, Torn bread, Pumpkin puree, Quinoa, Nuts + Kale tabouli, Poached egg, Avocado and a pine nut crumb. For me, it was the smokiness of the eggplant that brought that unforgettable baba ganoush flavour. This in addition to the torn, charred bread were the highlights of this dish.
My friend went for the ‘Charred greens’. Which as it states is a combination of charred greens, roasted sweet potato, hummus, smashed avocado, feta, almond dukkah, poached egg on multigrain bread. A perfect, fresh and summery dish that can always be enjoyed.
They are famous for their ‘Banana bread’. So of course we had to try it. The addition of a berries compote, mascarpone, passion fruit, fresh banana and pistachio chio on top of the moist banana bread was absolutely heaven on a plate. Definitely a memorable dish.
The staff were amazing and made the experience all the more memorable. A staple for an area populated by many cafes.
Friendly and attentive service. Pleasant indoor and outdoor dining setting and an impressively short wait time for food. Pricing was reasonable for a fairly upmarket brunch. The breakfast dishes were excellent.
My visit to heritage was such a treat. Not only the dishes looked pretty but everything was so delicious🤤
We ordered
• Banana bread
It was topped with some berries compote, coconut n passion fruit and just the right amount of mascarpone and pistachio to balance the sweetness. And don’t even let me start on how moist the actual banana bread was. It was my first time having a banana bread dish and this one definitely took it to the next level. Definitely recommend this dish 👍🏽
• Smashed Avocado
A classic dish well presented on the plate. All the ingredients in the dish was curated perfectly to go along each other.
• The wall
This was like a super sized breakfast. The dish ad chorizo bacon poached eggs avocado and even mushrooms on ciabatta. Fully loaded with a lot of goodness.
•Super pink superfood smoothie
It comes with some really amazing ingredients and does justice being in the ‘superfood smoothie’ category🥤The smoothie however is very heavy..so if you are a light eater then would recommend getting a lighter breakfast. It was also loaded with coconut flakes so if you are looking for a smooth texture this isn’t the one for you.
My overall experience was definitely a 5/5. Would definitely recommend this place.
One of the best brunch spots in Camberwell. Great food and good service. Heritage Wall is hard to pass up, especially with Zomato Gold. Worth venturing away from the main section of Camberwell Junction for!
The food was excellent. Ordered the açaí and southern chicken burger.
The first place I’ve use the gold zomato. It is good for using that and staff recommended dishes. Love the salmon with toast. Looks very nice. But I a bit disappoint for the knife...really to use.
Dined and brunched on one of Melbournes many brunch locations! Having had a fairly reputable rating and delicious looking dishes in their album, thought I had to try this place out. Ordered dishes off the menu: The wall and Smoked salmon on bread.
The wall: quite a tasty and satisfying plate: from having delicious roasted tomatoes with a semi sun dried tomato taste and the chorizo being savoury hero! The bacon was quite too salty for both me and my friend but overall a nice and delicious filling dish!
Smoked salmon on bread: an interesting stack of ingredients for the plating, the grilled ciabatta was hidden under layers of pumpkin & sweet potato mash, avocado, salmon and then a poached egg. This made the ciabatta quite soggy and mushy. The mash was abit string and only tasted of pumpkin having no sweet potato taste. Not a bad thing because I enjoy pumpkin but wish I could taste more of the sweet potato. There was very little salmon ratio to every other ingredient for this plate. But overall just small little things that affected the dish from being better and more enjoyable to eat.
Overall I’d rate this place 4/5, pretty high rating from me- rating is including overall service/food/ambience. The interior was nice and spacious with a clean and open air feeling having the natural sunlight fill the room. Definitely wouldn’t turn down coming here again
Polite and friendly staff. The food taste was amazing. We will definitely come back.highly recommended. It was my first time and I will come back.
Tried this place last weekend as we had a few things to go in Camberwell. Food was excellent and so was the coffee. I had the fried chicken burger and it was delicious!
Look at that dollop of peanut butter tho 🤤 Also, Zomato Gold-er’s, this place is SUCH a value
FOOD: We ordered the Nutella French Toast & Acai Bowl. The Acai Bowl was really lovely but I do recommend to add granola if you’re hungry as their granola isn’t alot but if you’re there for a light breakfast, theirs is perfect! I added peanut butter (of course) and it was a GIGANTIC scoop of it, which I’m not complaining 😏 The toppings were really substantial but I wished the acai was a little thicker in consistency! But it is a fantastic acai bowl overall. The Nutella French Toast was a slam dunk for nutella lovers or sweet tooths! When it came, it smelled HEAVENLY and the taste was just as amazing! The toppings were amazing, the bread was fried well and it’s an amazing signature dish! I can see why they’re famous for it 🙈
SERVICE: The service here is lovely and they were really friendly and attentive!
This was definitely a steal with the Zomato Gold deal and I have been eyeing Heritage Wall for awhile so coming here was definitely a pleasant time! Thank you for the great food!
My friend and I ventured out to Camberwell last Saturday even though the weather was cold and dreary to have lunch at Heritage Wall.

🔆VERDICT🔆
We ordered completely different type dishes and decided to share to try both.
We demolished the Nutella French Toast, it was simply delicious! Could not fault, except for maybe adding extra strawberries to balance out the amount of chocolate.
The Charred Greens was very refreshing and light. The flavours worked well. It was nice to actually have the bread broken up and on top of the dish rather than at the bottom. As this keeps the bread fresh and crispy which was quite nice.
I can’t remember exactly what I had exactly but food was good. I remember though loving the greens with dukkah and egg dish.
The banana bread dessert was good too but on the decadent side.
Coffee and service was amazing so that’s bonus points.
Came here as a zomato gold member and really enjoyed the experience!! Super cute interior with long glass windows
For two, we ordered the acai bowl and the smoked eggplant and a matcha latte.
Acai bowl - very aesthetic and was not too sweet with a good balance of crunchiness from the granola and freshness from the fruit.
The smoked eggplant - definitely can taste the smoke, really enjoyed how the bread could be used soak up all the pumpkin puree and hummus !!
Definitely would revisit, especially with the 1+1 deal :)
Arrived at opening on a Sunday morning to a warm welcome. The service throughout our meal was great and the quality of our food was excellent. Will come back!
It’s often the case that those cafes you find just off a main shopping village are those with the most creative menus. Busy, bright cafe Heritage Wall is...
Heritage Wall is a gorgeous cafe just on the corner of Burke St in Camberwell. We had heard good things about this place, and after trying it ourselves, I can confirm that this is one of the best cafes around!
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the most friendly staff. I had an almond latte to start and it was divine - served piping hot and very smooth.
Everything on the menu sounded amazing, but in the end we went for the Eggs Benedict, Smoked Eggplant, and Banana Bread.
The Benedict was incredible! It honestly blew away my expectations - such a unique combination of flavours that work so well. The apple and fennel added a really nice freshness and sweetness, and the apple sauce was very tasty. The kaiserfleisch was amazing - it’s like a thicker, crispier version of bacon! We also had a side of halloumi which tasted so good in the dish.
The Smoked Eggplant was a very unique dish - one of their specialties. The eggplant is cooked perfectly, so soft and melt-y. The hummus and pumpkin purée added a nice heartiness to the dish which I really enjoyed, and the cucumber raita added some freshness.
Thank you so much for having us!
It was another beautiful day to visit this beautiful cafe. I love all the glass windows, as it makes eating lunch under the warm sun an overall pleasurable experience. I really enjoyed the menu, as there is quite a variety for those with dietary requirements, like myself. Attached are some photos of the spread my family and I enjoyed.
I ordered an almond latte and the charred greens. The charred greens consists of charred broccolini and kale on toast with poached egg, almonds and hummus. The portion is very reasonable, and I was extremely satisfied afterwards. The toast is nicely crispy, and the thick crust is very crunchy. There is abundance of greens and accompanied with hummus, it is divine. The coffee is not as nice as the food unfortunately. As an advocate almond latte, I understand the difficulty with brewing one. This one was okay, was a bit watery and bitter, but I understand these can be hard to make.
Overall, it is a nice cafe to visit if you want to have a please take lunch with friends.
Heritage Wall has been opened for over a year now and has definitely become a local favourite! Heritage Wall is an all-day breakfast and lunch venue and showcases a range of meals with Middle Eastern flavours.
We ordered the Smoked Salmon on Bread which came with smoked salmon, pumpkin, sweet potato mash, fennel salad, grilled ciabatta, poached egg, avocado and pine nut crumb. We also had the Breakfast Burger which came creamy herb scramble, bacon, cheese, chilli mayo and relish. For drinks we ordered a coffee and an OJ.
The smoked salmon was a hearty dish with a generous amount of smoked salmon. The ciabatta was toasted well and the avocado was ripe and fresh. It was a stunning dish and very satisfying. The burger was also amazing and it filled me up completely! The bacon was super crunchy and mouth-watering and the eggs were cooked very well. Both drinks were great - no complaints.
The customer service here was exceptional! The lovely manager took great care of us and catered to all of our needs. Definitely one of my favourite cafés in Camberwell. Highly recommend!
We all love our classic Melburnian brekkies, but do you ever just wonder if there's more to life than smashed avos, egg and bacon rolls and acai smoothie bowls? Do you pine for something different, like an unusual twist or ingredient to really joosh up your weekend brunch? Enter Heritage Wall—the cafe that'll jolt you out of your brunch rut and into a whole new world.
Their all-day-brunch and lunch menu features fresh Middle Eastern flavours like pomegranate, tabbouli, fennel, chickpeas and feta. Expert plating and striking colours make for beautiful presentation against their chic marble table tops. The coffee is decent, too— you'll find the usual black and white varieties, as well as batch brew (for the aficionados).
We love all of The Wall's dishes (even the sweet ones, like the Nutella French Toast), but our top two picks are the Smoked Eggplant with hummus, feta, dukkah, pumpkin, tabbouli, pomegranate, cucumber raita and poached eggs, and the Eggs Benedict with green apple and fennel salad, apple sauce and poached eggs topped with hollandaise sauce and toasted ciabatta.
Great cafe with friendly staff, efficient service and delicious food. I ordered the Nutella French toast and was so yummy with a very generous portion size. I would definitely recommend!
If you’re looking for dishes with loaded avocado, then Heritage Wall is the place for you 😍 Generous servings of our favourite brunch item are located in the Smashed Avocado and The Wall 🥑 Not only were our dishes amazing but so too was the service and the lovely ambience 😀 Looking forward to being back here soon
Hands down the best BANANA BREAD I’ve ever had. Warm, lightly spiced, and so moist. Served with berry compote and mascarpone, a real winner!!
We also got the SMOKED EGGPLANT dish which had dukkah, torn bread and hummus. This was such great dish full of interesting flavours. The torn bread was a nice twist.
And to share, the CHARRED GREENS.. with sweet potato, corn and tender greens, amazing.
Staff were super friendly :)

This Camberwell Cafe is so amazing, I wish I could go back every weekend for brunch there!
The interior feels very rustic & ‘heritage’ (for lack of a better word)! The old, wooden door with brass finishings; the fancy chandelier with the beautiful design on the roof from which it hangs from; the open, simple but beautiful space. I could sit here all day with their coffee, and a good book.
The coffee was very smooth. My trusty flat white with soy milk was so tasty!
The purple, superfood smoothie was so good. I loved the combination of açai, fruits & cacao.
The food. Oh my gosh, it was incredible. I loved all of the dishes, but the stand out for me was the beautiful banana bread. It’s the best banana bread dish I’ve ever eaten in my life. The warm banana bread was soft, with a crust on the outside that gave it a slight crunch. The mascarpone added creaminess while the compote added a slight acidity to the sweetness of all the other elements, including an array of fresh fruit. I could eat this dish all day, everyday.
The eggs benedict was so tasty. Like so, so tasty. The thick piece of Kaiserfleisch had an amazing smokiness to it, while also being soft & so tasty. The apple added sweetness to the fennel salad. The eggs were perfectly poached & oozing. The hollandaise was the perfect amount of creamy richness.
I only had one bite of the delicious butter milk fried chicken burger before my boyfriend ate it up so fast. But that one bite was so tasty. The chicken was crispy, the mayo was slightly spicy & the cabbage added a great crunch.
The staff were so warm, welcoming & friendly. I was lucky enough to chat with the manager, Sirius, who was so kind. Bill, was a character & gave James & I a great laugh.
Heritage Wall oozes sophistication, yet charms with its down to earth vibe. Boasting a menu that is filled with both naughty and nice dishes, you will be spoilt for choice here.
I snooped around on Instagram before dining here so I already knew what to order - the Nutella French Toast. It was a gorgeous mess, and I'm using the word "mess" as a compliment. Two thick pieces of soft and fluffy French Toast, with very generous lashings of Nutella, maple syrup and double dream, topped with beautifully poached chunks of pears and strawberries, and lastly, Oreo crumbs to finish. The richness of the Nutella and maple syrup was offset by the double cream, and the tartness of the strawberries. It achieved a perfect balance between rich yet delicate.
The Buttermilk Fried Chicken Burger arrived with a sexy bacon tongue, and it was an indication of great things to come. The fried chicken was so juicy and crispy, and so was the bacon. The red cabbage remoulade provided not just an element of crunch, but also bright and fresh flavours to cut through the heaviness of the burger. The addition of chili mayo added a tangy flavour boost, creating a burger that was 10 out of 10. The chunky and crunchy chips were impeccable too.
The Super Pink Smoothie and skinny latte were faultless too, resulting in an unbeatable brunch experience. Thank you for the invite, and for the fantastic meal!
Really a 4.5 stars
We visited Heritage Wall this morning and were really impressed by this cafe: the light bright feel, the service and the food.
We started with an almond latte and a hot chocolate. Both were perfect and warmed our hands after being outside.
The eggs Benedict was a highlight for me, served with thick cut pork, an apple and fennel salad, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, and apple sauce on ciabatta bread. The dish was so well balanced, with the saltiness of the pork and the sweetness of the apple. A very satisfying dish.
The oat and chia porridge was also great for a cold morning, with a strong maple flavour, served with coconut yoghurt and fresh fruit, it was delicious.
The magic cake for dessert, with a Nutella french toast that blew our socks off. Drenched in Nutella and dollops of cream and sprinkled with Oreo pieces to add a crunch, this french toast was a sweet tooth’s dream. I highly recommend!
Thanks so much for the invite guys!
I visited with my entire family on a busy Sunday morning and found the service to be exceptional. 💯💯
We ordered the French toast, banana bread, charred greens, smoked eggplant and the smashed avo. The servings were HUGE!! We also loved how the food tasted. Everyone kept raving about how delicious it was. 😍🤤
Will definitely be back – so glad one of my friends recommended it! ❤️
We were excited to come into the Heritage Wall Cafe Camberwell to try some of the items on their menu items. On this fine winters day we started with a coconut milk Chai latte and Purple smoothie.
The chai latte was full of spice and was sensational with the coconut milk. The açaí smoothly had a predominant banana flavour and a sensational purple colour from the blueberries, açaí and chia. I liked that the smoothie wasn’t overly sweet.
We chose a savoury dish from the lunch and breakfast menu today opting for the healthy charred greens and the slightly less healthy buttermilk chicken burger.
The buttermilk fried chicken w chilli mayo was sensational, the chicken coating was super crunchy spectacular and the chili mayo perfect, my lips are humming with happiness. Chips were also tasty.
The Charred greens had a great variety of flavours, smokiness from the greens, earthiness from the hummus, sweetness from roasted sweet potato, salt from the exquisite feta, citrus from the lemon. The inclusion of the almond dukkah was a great way of adding the textural crunch. I was surprised by how much I liked this dish.
Nothing is properly finished without a sweet treat so we finished off our meal with the Nutella French toast. This authentic French toast was a dish of absolute decadence. From the lovely smothering of Nutella, poached pears, sliced fresh strawberries, double cream and awesome chunks of crushed Oreo and a hint of maple syrup, it was a real ripper.
A great variety of menu items and cabinet options and plenty of alternative drink to the standard cafe latte. Thanks so much for having us.
Heritage wall is a very cozy cafe. When we went it was very warm & just felt really roomy. The staff were phenomenal! As soon as we walked in we were greeted, showed to a table & not too long after we ordered. I ordered the nutella French toast, my sister ordered the Bircher muesli & my sisters friend just got eggs 🍳. My nutella French toast was delicious! Lots of cream & nutella! Would have been awesome if there was more Oreos on it but that’s just a personal preference. Everything tied in well. Definitely a good brunch dish. My sister on the other hand always goes for the somewhat healthier option. She really liked the Bircher muesli & kept her full. Last but not least are the eggs. To be honest these were some really good looking scrambled eggs & tasted great as well.
🍆 smoked eggplant

📝: Another cafe worth mentioning in the Camberwell brunch scene. Heritage Wall Camberwell serves up delicious hearty breakfast dishes with a Middle Eastern flare. The Middle Eastern flavors of hummus, dukkah, eggplant and tabouli all making an appearance.
❤️: Said to be their signature dish and one of the all time favorites here for over a year is the Smoked Eggplant with hummus, feta, cumin, dukkah, torn seeded bread, smooth pumpkin puree, quinoa, nuts, kale tabouli, pomegranate, cucumber raita, and an oozing poached egg. If you want to be a little extra, go ahead for that extra smoked salmon on the side.

After a reccomendation from a friend I decided to go check this place out. I was immediately drawn to the smoked eggpant dish which was plated beautifully and had a perfect combination of smokey, warm, fresh with pomegranates. It all just worker together really nicely. I also had an iced latte which arrived straight after I ordered it.
After eating at Infuse Camberwell (to say it was horrible would be polite) this morning, felt compelled to write a review here. Only discovered this place existed a month ago and I've been living down the street (200 metres away) for the past year. Been here 2 times since and can't speak highly enough of this place. Coffees are great, generous serving size and the food is great. Deserving of its high rating.
Heritage Wall has a great corner location in the heart of bustling Camberwell, and this busy cafe has plenty of space for hungry diners, with ample inside and outside seating. The inside is spacious with loads of natural light which entices you to relax and enjoy yourself. We were welcomed by lovely staff and encouraged to peruse the delicious sounding menu.
Starting with awesome coffee and absolutely delicious smoothies, we then turned our attention to the food. Starting with the Eggs Benny, we were blown away by the tastiness of the smoky pork with the crisp, sharp apple and the creamy hollondaise sauce. The eggs were poached to perfection, and the sourdough was perfect for sopping up all the delicious sauce.
We were then presented with the prettiest plate of banana bread I've ever seen. Three generous serves of the tasty cake, surrounded by lashings of cream, mascarpone, fresh banana, berries and passion fruit. This was an absolute delight, and although we were full to bursting, we did our best to finish every last piece. Seriously a great dish, as it wasn't overly sweet, and had the perfect balance of tastes and textures. The arty presentation of this dish really highlighted the treat that we enjoyed. This is a dish I would return for time and again!!
The cafe was quite busy on our visit, and the staff endeavoured to keep everyone happy, providing great service with a friendly smile and chat. This combined with the fantastic food will keep the locals and visitors continually coming back for more. I for one am looking forward to my next visit with anticipation.
Heritage Wall in Camberwell is a small cafe close to the train station with seating both inside and out along the busy Burke Road. With a Modern Eastern twist on classic brunch dishes, we were delighted with the various spices used to add their own flair. A personal favourite and must-get for us would have had to be the banana bread!
I visited Heritage Wall when it first opened years ago and had the worst coffee of my life. I swore I would never go back, but I recently decided to give it a second change and I am so glad I did!
I had a perfectly spiced turmeric latte and the "Smoked Eggplant". There was certainly no reason to be displeased this time round - everything was delicious! I loved the combination of eggplant and pumpkin in my dish - it is definitely something I would go back for again and again!
We were invited to Heritage Wall a lovely little cafe in Camberwell conveniently located a short walk from the station. We struggled deciding on what to order as everything sounded so delectable. Eventually we went for the ever classic smashed avocado with a side of salmon, coconut chia pudding and the smoked eggplant.
The smashed avo was a very generous serving with avocado piled high and flavour a plenty from the mint, dukkah and pesto on the plate. The cherry tomatoes provided beautiful bursts of sweetness too. The smoked eggplant dish comprised some classic middle eastern flavours and I’d thoroughly recommend if your feeling adventurous and up for something different.
We had the chia pudding as a shared third dessert dish and it was absolutely stunning. That fresh mango, the delicious co yo and coconut flakes all worked really well with the strawberries. In fact it was mums first chia pud experience and she was quite impressed (and this is from the woman who hates açai bowls and doesn’t understand the concept of vegan food). Vegans rejoice as this ones a winner. And whilst we were trying to remain healthy today next time we will try the delicious sounding Nutella French toast

How beautiful is the decor at Heritage Wall!? The team is so friendly too. Great brunch experience!
We tried lots of vegan goodies! For drinks, we had the purple berry smoothie, pink Pitaya smoothie and an almond latte. All tasty 😋
Food wise, we tried the Smoked Eggplant, Spicy Chickpeas and Breakfast Greens. All amazing and I actually can’t choose my favourite! The flavours in all the dishes were incredible, and the serving sizes were generous!
Great to see so many fresh tasty veggie options on the menu! Thank you Heritage Wall!
A cute cafe located at the corner of the block. Easy parking. Good service and friendly staff. The interior is very simple with white-coloured walls and wooden floorboards. Noise does travel quite a bit in this rather roomy open space cafe. There’s very little decor but the addition of some plant pots do help to create a positive mood in the atmosphere. I like that there’s also both indoor and outdoor seating.
The food and drinks here are nice. The acai bowl was great; well balanced and the granola not too chewy. The chia pudding however turned out to be bland. A little more syrup or honey would have gone a long way.
Coffee wasn’t too strong and the turmeric latter was the perfect sweetness. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at this cafe.
I had the charred greens here once and I loved it so much it is all I eat when I go to Heritage. Charred green veggies with toasted almonds, grains, hummus, smashed avocado, feta on multigrain toast. I also do very much like the service here. Their coffee also never disappoints.
Great local cafe. Quick service and delicious food. Highlight is definitely the baked goods; the raspberry white-chocolate muffins are the best around and also very cheap. Coffee is also quite good. Both outdoor and indoor seating is available with a good ambience. There’s also a big table inside, great for groups. A north-Camberwell, recommended

Not your standard cafe vibes.
An inviting and comfortable space, good tunes and good ambiance. Staff are very attentive and on top of things! Food looks incredible, tastes amazing, good portion sizes, coffee definitely wont disappoint. Good choice for a casual coffee catch up, business meeting
Lovely place with a great brunch menu. Smoked egg plant is excellent
There is a sensational eggplant dish on the menu... It is amazing!! Bruschetta is good as well.
Cute cafe for a spot of weekend brunch. The food was delicious! We ordered BLAT without tomato, and Grill'd greens (which was surprisingly filling), and a dessert of banana bread (so so good, you must try this dish). Very friendly and professional service. It is quite busy on the weekend so be prepared to wait a little, but it is worth it.
Love this place but I cant help but notice one of the girls working is a bit rude! She always seems unhappy to be there and like I’m wasting her time which isn’t a great feel. Other than that, coffee is great and food is nice!
