Review Acai Brothers Camberwell - Camberwell

Adele Affers
Great tasting bowls but quality has dropped since first opening. When you pay $17 for a bowl you expect a decent serving of each ingredient. The “nothing butter bowl” had little to no peanut butter which was a shame and the texture of the bowl wasn’t smooth and creamy it was actually quite dry and difficult to eat. For a Melbourne foodie who lives for bowls like these it’s disappointing given the price tag. Just some feedback for future customers. Lady at the counter is gorgeous though such a beautiful nature

Ridiculously overpriced. Were charged $18.50 for a large bowl which included a $2 muesli topping (was nothing more than a teaspoon worth of muesli sprinkled on top). Also ordered strawberries and were given orange instead without asking if the change was ok. I was shocked by the price when ordering but paid it regardless - couldn't help but laugh when it was served - we had been ripped off good.

Friendly staff and great service. The bowls, smoothies and juice are good BUT not for that price. A regular juice was mostly ice for 7.9 and 17.9 for a bowl, seriously? Also, the coffee is no good.

Great place with amazing vegan options! Wish they had the option/space to eat in so we could avoid the disposable bowls and cups, but otherwise a great experience! 👌👌👌

Expensive but lovely little shop. Worth going to get an acai bowl if you are vegan friendly and would like to spend some time chilling out with mates. Close to Camberwell station if you want to meet someone there. Cute atmosphere and friendly staff.

Really yummy acai bowls and super chirpy staff. However, they are still using plastic spoons and straws. More eco friendly options should definitely be implemented.

A fun anytime place for serious healthy food. Sugar-free, gluten-free vegan goodies never tasted better! Friendly staff are happy to answer any dietary questions.

After looking up their NYE hours I realised they were already trading later than expected; they rinsed my KeepCup for me, then sold me the tastiest mocha I've had in a good six months! I will be back in the new year!

The owner of this branch is super sweet and friendly. She always tries her best to accommodate my requests and always has a smile on the face. Definitely great customer service. You feel so welcomed as you step in. So shout out to that!

Working from home in winter means the açai bowl makes it home retaining its thick texture 👌🏼. Açai Bro’s are the greatest chain and I love the original bowl best though I do add cacao nibs for extra texture (hubs adds peanut butter), yummy AND nourishing!

Açaí Brothers should be your first choice when after a delicious and refreshing açaí bowl or smoothie!! Amazing, friendly service which just tops off our overall experience. <br/><br/>The ain’t nothin butter bowl is extremely filling and really caters to the sweet tooth’s out there. Packed with peanut butter and delicious coconut yoghurt to top it off, this açaí bowl is one you cannot look past!<br/><br/>The mango madness is perfect if you’re after a hearty, healthy açaí bowl. Complimented with your choice of three fruits as well as mango sauce, this açaí bowl is a must if you’re in the mood for a healthy meal! I opted for the addition of peanut butter which really added to the flavor of the bowl.

First time trying & i fell in love.. I ordered the Ain’t Nothin Butter 😋.. The shop was small but nice & cozy... Convenient location near the train station for quick & healthy snack!

Perfect after a sweaty workout! It’s filling, fresh and healthy. I’m definitely going back.

It was hard to know what star rating to give Acai Bros; the Protein Toast was very bad but the Salted Caramel Bowl was very good. <br/><br/>The toast was tough, thin and not tasty at all. I didn't finish my serving. <br/><br/>The bowl was fantastic though, and since this is what one should order as at Acai Bros, I settled on a 4 star rating. The acai base of the bowl was thick and tasty and all of the toppings were mind-blowingly good. I decided to add some coconut ice cream to my bowl and it was an excellent choice. It is hard to pick a stand out meal element, but I think probably the caramel sauce, which was thick, creamy and sweet. I will order this again.

Highly recommend you try the Choc 'Treat Yo Self' with added peanut butter (you won't regret it). The raw chocolate treats you get on top change each time and I love them all. It has just the right amount of crunch, fresh fruit, and chocolatey goodness.<br/><br/>The Tropical is my fav juice and I also love the Morning Starter if I'm keen for something a little more green.<br/><br/>I also love that Acai Brothers Camberwell now has beautiful dine-in ceramic bowls and mason jars, so it's far better for the environment. <br/><br/>The staff here are so friendly and they have the cutest little nook - perfect to meet up with a girlfriend and catch up over deliciousness. Why not pop over to the Camberwell Markets afterward.

I've walked passed this place many times as it s near the train station. The cafe is quite small.<br/>I got Aint nothing butter because an acai bowl is not complete with peanut butter!!! I really enjoy it but feel like it is a bit pricy.

Want a quickie acai? Acai Brothers is here for you! <br/><br/>I got the Ain’t Nuttin Butter and it was a really different Acai Bowl because instead of granola it has buckinis! I like how you can choose your fruits too so it’s really customisable! It didn’t taste that much of peanut butter however and it was definitely refreshing but the peanut butter flavour was suuuper mild so I’d recommend just getting the regular one and adding a peanut butter dollop if you really want peanut butter!<br/><br/>Overall, it’s a great place if you’re ever craving for an Acai Bowl!

Absolutely love it here. The staff are always so friendly and the açai bowls are divine. Constantly fresh ingredients and very well made. My #1 stop for an açai fix for a reason!

I’ve been here a few times, and I’ve gone and had a delicious smoothie bowl which is filled with fresh fruits and flavours. But they also do fantastic smoothies, especially a coffee one! I go back every now and then for a delicious and healthy snack!

Serving at their corner shop on a corner of Burke Road across the street from Camberwell Station, sits Acai Brothers Camberwell, one of out of 6 outlets in Melbourne.<br/><br/>I was invited by Shelli and her team to their exclusive event where 20% is cut off across their offerings. It was my first time ordering an Acai Bowl so I was overwhelmed with the endless options that were given but thankfully I was guided to a option that satisfied my requirements. <br/><br/>'Berry Nice Bowl'<br/><br/>This option according to Shelli is one out of three of their bestsellers. Within my bowl, it consisted of a bundle of fruits made up of strawberries, kiwi and banana. This was then topped with savoury peanut butter, sweet shredded coconuts, goji berries and chia seeds. <br/><br/>Accompanying my delightful Acai Bowl was their Acai-Ting, a go to smoothie if you are looking for a refreshing kick especially for those hot summers!<br/><br/>I would love to take another visit here and totally recommended for light meals.

I have to say that this was possibly one of the best days of my life. I had heard about the 1kg for almost 2 years now and I knew only Acai Brother’s Camberwell was the one single place that did that unique and special bowl.<br/>Of course that being an acai lover, it HAD to be on my bucket list.<br/><br/>I have visited some Acai Brothers stores in the past and I have always had a good service - the staff is always very helpful and patient, happy to work around your preferences and even most weird requests. They clearly are used to indecision by the costumers and they are trained and they are genuinely uplifting and happy to assist people. That is definitely something very appreciated in any place and created such a good starting point straight away with the costumers!<br/><br/>However I must say that my experience at Acai Brothers Camberwell surpassed anything, ANYTHING, that I had ever dreamed of.<br/><br/>The venue is located at one of the main roads in Camberwell and very close to the shops, surrounded by many venues. Very accessible by tram and in fact the train line runs just a few meters away from the store and when I visited it had some construction going on.<br/><br/>The place is clearly visible from far faaaaaar way and the Acai Brothers sign is something that no-one can ever miss. There are some seats outside that I am sure will be very pleasant to hang around during summer time or even a more warm weather, but since it has been quite cold in Melbourne, we went inside and WOW. So warm! So comfortable to be inside!<br/>Once you get inside, the cashier area is just in front of you, which makes it very convenient for people that just want to take away a coffee or a smoothie to promptly go in and out and leaves the rest of the store, that isn’t very vast, but definitely with enough room and very comfortable to stay around, with some extra privacy. I would definitely describe the place as cosy and they even have an area with a couch, which turned out to be our… perfect little spot to enjoy the food.<br/><br/>But before I start (ranting) about the food, I want to say a special and very hearty note for the team. I had spoken to Sheli, the store manager, and I could tell straight away from the way she replied to my texts and the way we chatted that she had that ‘cool, chilled, nice person’ vibe, you know? And obviously someone like that, behind a business, means that the ethos and how things run at the venue are obviously very uplifting and basically just… amazing! Because even though I did not have the chance to meet Sheli, the staff and the girls were amazing. More than amazing, really. Astounding! Staggering! Stupendous! SENSATIONAL. Just for you to see how wonderful they were, when the food started to arrive, we were moving things around and working our way inside the store to get the best angles and shots. Even with a few costumers inside they continued serving costumers and collaborated so well and patiently with us, making it seemed that we were even there just - when in fact even though we tried to keep it as low key as possible, we were obviously getting some extra attention from some costumers while shooting and making the whole set up for the pictures. Seriously, I cannot appreciate enough the PATIENCE, COOPERATION and KINDNESS of these girls.<br/><br/>Anyway, let’s get to the food! 😂 here’s what we got:<br/><br/>- 1kg Original Acai bowl: we asked for the original smoothie base with added vegan vanilla protein and it terms of the taste it was just on point! I haven’t tried the protein by itself personally but I must say that it blends very very well (even just by mixing the acai with the protein a spoon like it was done in this case), no granules and the consistency was still phenomenal - not liquid, not too chunky - just perfect. Like with any bowl, you can add some fruits along with other toppings and we asked for banana, kiwi, strawberries and some passionfruit (to give a freshness taste and balance the greater consistency of the banana). We also added some bee pollen (SO GOOD! I hadn’t had this in so long and I had forgotten how delicious it was!) and buckinis, a clear favourite of mine, that added some phenomenal crunchiness to the bowl. A scoop of vegan ice cream 🍨 was placed on top of it all, like a little crown 😂: I really enjoyed the fact that the ice cream isn’t too sweet, contrasting with the natural sweetness of the acai, and I also admired the consistency and how it didn’t melt easily - yes, by the end, we still had a little scoop of ice cream intact! We added some cashew butter sauce that OMG… was way more than perfect and way beyond your most wild dreams and didn’t make it too sweet at all - it paired EXTRAORDINARILY well with everything! 👏 <br/>Of course that I don’t have to say anything about the size - very very GENEROUS portion 😂 and certainly was filling (but we also had other things 😂 bottomless pit?) but we also decided to add a raw treat: a two layer cookie with some lamington filling! Regarding the cookie, the cookies themselves were a bit harder than I expected but still with great taste (I would say that if the consistency were to be softer, the whole cookie would be even better, but it was still delicious and you can definitely see it, when you break it into smaller pieces, as some kind of granola chunks!). The dough was soooooo indulgently sweet, like a cake frosting, and I think the quantity was just right making it not overly sweet and still giving that sneaky extra awesomeness between the cookies. It was for sure one of THE MOST INSANE bowls I have ever had and it certainly ticks ALL boxes. <br/><br/>- Lemon Meringue bowl with raw donut: we thought about asking for a smoothie or a juice but, well, what is better that one acai bowl? More acai bowls 😂 okay, okay, jokes ‘acaide’ we thought that it terms of photography the final shots would work better with other bowls versus the drinks and we could also feature other treats more easily and create things with better frames, so we ended up having one bowl each of our choice. They have two size options available (and I would recommend that EVERYONE gets the regular size because like I said and you can clearly understand, there’s no such thing as too much acai 😂). They have a display with different cakes and vegan desserts from The Compassionate Kitchen (I had seen the most amazing two tower raw cake and even though they didn’t have it at the time, all the other treats looked soooooo tasty and decadent! It’s like when you look at something and you just KNOW it will be insanely good and will not disappoint! And it is FOR SURE😍) as well as Ace Cookies (that I love love love! I’ve tried them a couple times before and I have also met the people behind the business at some events - I love supporting local brands with the most ethical and passionately creations!). Anyway, let’s get to the bowl 😂: the base is acai and banana mixed with vegan vanilla protein- so, nothing to say besides, HELL YES 👏, and there’s actually a lemon essential oil mixed in that I personally couldn’t tell the taste (but with so many toppings and acai game going on, I think that’s fair enough 😂 and besides like I said the taste is just AMAZING 👏). It came topped with buckinis - winner!, banana - of course, strawberries - how can it not?, and passionfruit - loooove!, along with a raw donut that O.M.G. I seriously cannot describe how insanely delicious this donut was! 👏 It’s not soft and light, but instead, slightly gooey and INSANELY chunky, more of a brownie consistency. It does have a sweet taste but not overly sweet - definitely ideal in terms of sweetness balancing perfectly with the frosting. I actually didn’t ask what the flavour of the donut was but it seemed to be chocolate nut based with crunchy nut pieces inside and my final opinion is: DEFINITELY recommend! And of course that I recommend this specific bowl as a whole too! Loved it! ❤️<br/><br/>- Ain’t Nothing Butter bowl with peanut butter cup: my friend had this bowl and madea mix between two bowls, kind of a two-in-one 😂 basically she asked for the base of the Choc ‘Treat Yo Self’ bowl that has acai, banana and cacao, and the toppings of the Ain’t Nothing Butter bowl. It came with choc buckinis (something I so need to ask next time!), cacao nibs, coyo, peanut butter sauce and then the 3 fruit choices were orange, banana and strawberries. She really liked the combo and on top of that we added a raw treat of a peanut butter cup that was really good as well! And actually so cute - it looks like a tiny crown too 😂<br/><br/>- Vegan waffles - we were a bit indecisive between the waffles and the pancakes and beause we had seen that the waffles were relatively new to the menu we opted to go for them. These are vegan DF waffles that come with COYO icecream, one fruit (we actually added a few more: strawberries, banana and apples) and one sauce of choice (cashew butter in our case) and we decided to add an extra scoop of icecream and also... some acai! The most amazing thing about this place and the ethos they have, like you can understand by now, is that the team is so happy to accomodate and work with you, aiming to deliver the best service and create something epic that satisfies your wildest dreams cravings. I am pretty sure that if we tried to to a tower of acai on top of the waffles, that could even actually happen (🤔 maybe next time? 😂).The waffle dough itself is not very tall but relatively soft and with good consistency. And here’s what you need to know: combining in a mouthful a: piece of waffle with acai + icecream + cashew sauce + fruit is something you NEED to try in your life. IT IS SO GOOD! It came to the point were we were even dipping the waffle in the 1kg acai bowl and pairing it with everything 😂 just puuuuure lush 👏😍<br/><br/>It was such a phenomenal experience, one that I certainly want to repeat. And again, I want to thank and congratulate the whole Acai Brothers Camberwell team and especially Sheli who is being such an amazing manager and truly caring about costumers. You are in one single, very well deserved, word: ACWESOME!

Finally visited the famous Açai Brothers. I have heard so much about their açai bowls and I’m happy to say, I was not disappointed. The actual açai part itself was very refreshing, not overly sweet or sour. And they give a heap of fruit, peanut butter and coconut yogurt on top. It may not seem like much, but it was extremely filling.<br/><br/>The protein waffles were a bit hard and difficult to cut. As a result they didn’t give the fresh, fluffy waffle impression. However, in conjunction with the fruit and chocolate ice cream, it still tasted delicious. But unfortunately I don’t think I will order this again, as it wasn’t anything special.<br/><br/>The staff was really nice and friendly, giving their recommendations too. Overall, a really pleasant experience and cannot wait to try more of their goods!<br/>

Their salted caramel acai is one of my all time favourites. The staff is lovely, the place is super cute and they have great drinks and also a superb winter menu with tons of great warm dishes! I got the waffles with strawberry ice cream, a cookie dough slice, choc sauce and strawberries and it was heavenly. Also tried the vegan cheese and tomato toastie which was nice but I do prefer the avocado one.<br/>(Free meal)<br/>

I had the pleasure of stopping by Acai Brothers Camberwell yesterday and I can say I wasn’t leaving disappointed at all! The modern, clean whole food bar immediately caught my attention. I was greeted by the lovely staff who were attentive and conversational. They portrayed the positive vibe that the place needed and it was extremely appreciated. <br/><br/>For the food, I had the original açai bowl with passionfruit, kiwi and strawberries. The passionfruit was definitely a good choice as it complemented the sour elements of the kiwi. I am happy to say that all the fruit was perfectly ripe and extremely yummy. Of course the acai itself was beautifully smooth and thick, mixed in with buckini it was unforgettable. <br/><br/>Along with this, My friend and I shared ‘The alphalabet’ toastie which left us wishing we ordered one each. The pesto was the perfect way to elevate the staple dish. It was so good, and I will be defintely going back to try the falafel toastie. <br/><br/>Overall, I couldn’t fault the experience at all. Amazing food and extremely amazing and welcoming staff. Get down there and give it a try!

Amazing customer service and amazing açaí bowls! We got Mango Madness and Salted Caramel. Both were very filling and delicious! I would definitely recommend any Vegan to come here and try them for yourself!

I went here a few days ago and the staff were lovely and helpful with dietary requirements and the açai bowl was to die for! Defiantly will be back!!

Some of the best açaí bowls in Melbourne! Super generous with the toppings & friendly service! Not much space for sitting but super refreshing on a hot summers day!

When it comes to Acai it’s hard to go past Acai Brothers. We recently visited the Camberwell outlet located along Burke Road not far from Camberwell station.<br/><br/>Acai Brothers as the name implies specialise in the Superfood Acai bowl and is perfect for the health conscious. In addition to Acai bowls they also have a range of smoothies and raw treats. On this visit we ordered the Ain’t Nothin Butter 1 litre bowl to share between two, a berry delicious smoothie and a raw treat to top things off.<br/><br/>The bowls in small and regular size are served in a takeaway style cup and is perfect for those on the go and allows a choice of 3 toppings. The 1 litre bowl we ordered was served in a normal bowl making it more suitable for eating in and allows the choice of 4 toppings. The 1 litre bowl is a great option if you’re looking to share.<br/><br/>The bowl was beautifully presented, these guys always get it right when it comes to presentation. We topped out bowl with banana, watermelon, kiwi and strawberry which worked beautifully with the rest of the bowl. I love the combination of peanut butter and Acai and found it filling and satisfying. We also enjoyed the smoothie and the raw treat was a revelation.<br/><br/>Overall we enjoyed our feed at Acai Brothers and recommend that you check them out. I rate them 4 ⭐️ out of 5. Thanks very much for having me.
Edithmarina.rock
Ordered the regular ‘notella’ bowl and was disappointed given how much people seem to rave about their açai. The smoothie itself was nice and thick but not at all sweet- it tasted like they had used un ripened bananas. I thought the lack of sweetness may have been the cacao in the mixture but the sliced banana on top of mine also proved to taste chalky and under ripe. I give them 3 stars merely for the beautiful presentation of the bowls and the generous portion of fruits on top. Definitely instagram worthy! Taste wise though I’m not at all sold. Ripe bananas would have made it so much better. Also $16.50+ for a regular bowl (extra for toppings) is rather over priced if you ask me. This place is overhyped in my opinion and I’d just as soon make my own smoothie bowl at home.

The staff are always so kind and welcoming, you can tell that they really are like a family behind the counter. I like how they stock a lot in the fridge including raw treats, vegan desserts, kombucha and other drinks too. My typical order is just a green juice which they do really well!
Nutsandbolts
Delicious Açaí na tigela is served here. The flavour of the açaí was spot on. Considering it costs $4 retail for 200g of açaí pulp, I think the price isn’t too bad. The buckinis are a nice addition but I prefer granola. I opted for added coconut flakes but fresh coconut flesh would be better! The added fruit was scrumptious. A very refreshing meal post jiu jitsu classes!<br/><br/>

(4.5)<br/><br/>Are you: vegan, dairy free, gluten free or all of the above? ✨<br/>All of your acai bowl, superfood and vegan needs are served here. 🍓🥝🥥🍫✅<br/>Thanks to Sheli for being so passionate about what you do, all of the staff here were amazing and super friendly. <br/><br/>We ❤️the:<br/>Choc ‘treat yo self’, ain’t nothin butter and warm acai berry bowls with the peanut butter nutter, water-ya-melon & lemon meringue pie smoothies! 😍<br/>The raw treats were incredible as well, the cherry ripe one was to die for! <br/><br/>Overall a great experience here, and amazing location. <br/>#brunchdotcom

Pricier Acai bowls, but friendly staff and lovely treats on offer. They also have a loyalty rewards system perfect for students! Located in a good area.
The.Top.Lifestylee
Very helpful staff! Lots of options and good quality ingredients used. Great combination of flavours used in the açai bowl. It was definitely only the pricey side and the only reason that I wouldn’t get it often as I would become broke.
Burgers Of Melbourne
After having one of their acas bowls i instantly fell in love and i am now having one almost 3 times a week!! so healthy and delicious! Highly recommend.

Unprofessional<br/>After going to this cafe because they stated they are vegan cafe in Camberwell I found out they sell milk and honey (I am a vegan that like supporting vegan businesses) so I left and wrote on their Instagram that they are not vegan when they sell these kind of products... This is the answered I got from their managers...Cyber bullying on my Instagram...
Dan
Very friendly staff.... but geez so OVERPRICED.... even though this is local for me, I'd rather drive 30mins to get an acai bowl PLUS more for so much cheaper in Brighton/edithvale (not mentioning the store name)
Jeffry
It was a cute little spot situated just next to Camberwell Station which is conveniently accessible by public transport and private vehicles. Though the shop is small and suitable for a take away, they managed to provide indoor and outdoor table for those who want to have it there. The shop is very clean, modern and bright. The vibe and ambience are great.
JW
Acai bowl was lovely - nice fruit - but the coffee is really really bad!<br/>Will definitely be back for the bowls but stick to that - trust me!
Sarah Allen
This place is great. I had the coffee bliss smoothie and it was to die for. I got a small one and it was really filling so I'm glad I didn't get large. The staff members were so friendly and super helpful.

Avoid AB's franchises! Have tried different ones in different locations and every time had food poisoning. As I was talking to work mates about this they have told me exactly the same! <br/>Their acai bowls are not make fresh as order they made it in the mornings and leave it all day (or even more than a day) and serve them to you saying that is healthy and fresh ingredients?! It's a BIG NO from me
Yun Peng
Great place for a takeaway on the way to work! And i would love it to be open longer hours as i always want a smoothie driving on the way home. Service is good, fast and fresh!<br/>-<br/>Updated review<br/>I would have loved to have the same experience that I always have when I come here but that was not today.<br/>waited 10 minutes to be served while the cafe had one customer only, I waited abit more for my smoothie that turned out to be more liquidy then a juice. I was so disappointed. Won’t come back
The Official Food Hunters
For an acai bowl and for the hefty price compared to portion size, it is very average. The buckini seeds or whatever that crunchy little stuff added a weird annoying texture to the flavor of the bowl, however the smoothie mixture itself was alright. Although I get you pre make the mixtures to save time and all, it does lose the flavor of an authentic smoothie bowl so I won't be returning here unfortunately.

I sought out a healthy breakfast on the go today and Acai Brothers near the train station on Bourke Road gave me plenty of good options to superfood enrich my morning. Their original Acai bowl with banana, kiwi and strawberry cake out pretty as the pictures suggest and there was a lovely chill to the Acai smoothie made with coconut milk and other goodness. <br/><br/>There are a heap of options including peanut butter and protein add ons but I felt well and truely full with just the regular size... I probably would have been equally satisfied with the small size.<br/><br/>The shop itself has a small couch area and then mostly bar stools for people to wait and then take their bowls and smoothies away. It was a warm day so I ended up sitting outside on the couple of tables out there. <br/><br/><br/><br/>

Slightly disappointed with the acai here.  We were told by staff that we could only purchase the smaller size since other sizes were sold out, despite visiting on a Tuesday afternoon. I chose the Original Bowl with kiwi, watermelon and strawberry. It is on the expensive side, and the amount of toppings provided is minimal. However, the acai did taste quite nice and refreshing.
James
Beautifully presented, great selection of bowls, combinations and add-ons, and they tasted very nice. One of the best açai bowls that we’ve had! Great place, great vibe, solid tunes, lovely service, all-round great place. Highly recommended!
Food Coma Survivor
I got the raw Jaffa bowl with watermelon, strawberry and banana in the larger size. For 15 dollars, I would say it's on the more pricy side for a basic acai bowl. But overall it was good, especially on a hot day.
ZM
The acai here was excellent. Plentiful toppings and the arrangement of fruit was beautiful. The menu is great in that you can choose whatever you like from an extensive list of options. I had the original bowl with strawberry, kiwi and pineapple as well as chia seeds and coconut. Only negatives are that it is on the pricier end for acai, and the seating area is fairly limited.
Anisha
I ordered a lemon meringue acai bowl and it came out so pretty looking. I could see that the fruits on top were cut on order, this keeping it fresh and tasty. Service is so very friendly and pleasant. I can't wait to try other flavours on the menu.
Followthefoodmelbourne
Excellent acai bowls! <br/>I chose the original bowl (acai, banana, coconut water, buckinis) with kiwi, watermelon and strawberry. I also chose two extras - coconut yoghurt and peanut butter (of course #PBlove) <br/>Couldn’t fault the bowls! They were delicious and I love the setup of their menu and huge choice of different types of fruit. Bit of a wait but 100% worth it.
Sean Romero
One of my favourite things from Rio was Acai, so it is great to see it creeping into cafes around town, and even better that one popped up right next to my home. I ordered the Mango Madness (I think?), and it was fantastic. The Acai was fresh, with perfect texture - it took me back to Rio. The fruit was fresh and plentiful, and service friendly.<br/><br/>Definitely more expensive than Rio (can't be faulted there, as the berries are from the Amazon) (it was approx $2 for a tub at the beach), and probably a few dollars more expensive than some of the competition here, but it was delicious and there's a good chance I'll go broke with this around. Hope they don't mind buskers outside. Will busk for Acai.
Heidi
My go-to for an acai fix!! The acai is very smooth and concentrated with a range of different fruit/toppings, great staff too!! Just wish the place was bigger!!
Molly
Service was absolutely unreal! All the staff were super helpful and friendly and the raw 'notella' bowl was absolutely delicious. Also had heaps of milk options so ordering a coffee was super easy
@twogoodtoresist
Recently opened, Acai bros is located next to the train station and is a cute little spot for some delicious acai, smoothies and other goodies. We love the idea of build your own Acai- peanut butter and coyo are musts for us!
Nicole
I was really looking forward to trying Acai Brothers when I heard it had opened in Camberwell and it didn't disappoint. I got the Ain't Nothin Butter Bowl, topped with a generous amount of banana, kiwifruit and pineapple. It was yummy, very filling and good value for money.
Cass Mangan
Came here on their opening day a couple of weeks ago and I was blown away by the amazing vibes, vibrant staff and beautiful set up!! Wish it was slightly bigger so there's more room to sit but the delicious acai makes up for it!! Highly recommend the treat yo self acai bowl!
Harriet Palmer
So excited to have this new acai place in Camberwell. The staff were friendly, there were heaps of options and for a vegan girl an easy choice. Thanks for having me Acai Brothers Camberwell
Zoe Brito
Extremely friendly staff. Was excited to try this out. Very small interior, not much room. Disappointed with lack of fruit toppings placed on acai bowl, but only just opened, so still probably getting on its feet. Great little place overall.
