Review N2 Cafe - Camberwell

Not too sure how I feel about the place... I mean they were incredibly busy but they first forgot to serve us water cz they thought the water from another table are ours...then my dish didn't have sauce in the middle (a can of empty jar), the staff apologized by saying cz they have a chef in training but how can the waiter deliver a dish like this to the customer? They got me a new jar of sauce eventually... During all this time they all said they were busy and sincerely apologised yet no compensations were done by reducing the bill by a bit or some sort like other places with great hospitality. The almond croissant was too sweet and the food was ok.

Been here for a couple of times and pretty much enjoyed most of the visit. Their selections in the menu are undeniably tasty and savoury. I must highlight that their almond croissant and cured smoked salmon are the best! The place is very refreshing and bright. Really a great place to catch up with friends for a brunch or dinner.

Cool place, but the food really was just borderline ordinary. The menu was rather confusing. The "roti" was hard, dry and felt super stale.

Very good coffee, clean surrounds and reasonably large choice of breakfast plates. Not far from Camberwell Fresh Food market and Camberwell Sunday market.

Interesting fusion menu. A great place for lunch. Sparkling wine ordered, sparkling water delivered....mistakes can be made behind masks! The staff were so professional in dealing with the issue and resolved it without question. Food is always delicious.

I come here all the time for one reason: It is just so consistently good. The service is excellent, the food is always interesting and delicious, and the ambiance is wonderful. If you are looking for a brunch out in Camberwell, Infuse is by far the best option.

Coeliacs and gluten intolerant DO NOT GO HERE... Misrepresentation of GF and GFO marked meals. I booked this place for brunch with friends because of the GF and GFO meals on the menu, but when I went to order and told them I had Coeliac Disease, I was basically told I could have a salad or eggs. That was it. I ended up ordering poached eggs with GF toast and roasted tomatoes, but should’ve just walked out instead. I didn’t want to make a fuss or have to find somewhere else that would take a walk-in for us. My friends ordered other breakfast items and when our meals arrived, I almost laughed out loud... But I was stunned into silence because there is NO comparison from a presentation perspective (check out the photos attached). There certainly didn’t seem to be any effort made with my GF meal to even make it look appetising! No leaves or pretty flower petals even! The service was also extremely slow. We were there 30 minutes into our 90 minute time slot before we got to order our meals. Extremely disappointing! Won’t be returning and won’t be recommending. To the manager: I strongly suggest you update and reprint your menus to perhaps say LOW GF instead (that is, if those meals actually are LGF)! Otherwise, get with the program and educate and up-skill your staff. Gluten poisoning is real and it isn’t any fun for those of us who have to deal with the consequences.
