Pesto chicken club pizza didnt have the avocados as described or depicted in the menu picture(also attached). You can find 2, 1cm pieces in the picture if you carefully look for it. We made an order for an extra-large plant-based beef pizza, Crust Camberwell. When the order arrived, it was a large one instead of extra-large, so I rang to realize the reason, and I was told this is the size this type of pizza comes with😳😳😳. It occurred when I paid 29 bucks for the pizza itself. T

~28% of the pizza was crust. Then I thought, maybe that’s why they chose the name. More than an inch from the edges had nothing. Which means the inner 11” (on a 13” pizza) had the toppings. - (3.14 * 6.5 * 6.5) - (3.14 * 5.5 * 5.5) = 37. - (37*100)/(3.14 * 6.5 * 6.5) =28.xx%

The last few months, pizzas and sides have been delivered cold and pizzas barely have any toppings on them. I've been ordering from here for years but the last 4 orders have been awful so I cant justify giving any more chances

Absolutely appalling customer service - very rude staff when my order disappeared. The young lady working there treated me with disrespect, inferring I was trying to steal a pizza! Despite my sour grapes, pizza tasted good. Will not be returning though.
