Big round of applause to the team at Coffee Max! I took the leap and signed up for the online coffee subscription and my beans were delivered fresh to my door the next day - amazing service. Thanks also for the free litre of MilkLab with my first delivery! It's great coffee milk but what I'm totally blown away by is the way the nutty & caramel flavours of the Peruvian Hero I ordered shine through in my latte. Without exaggeration, it's the best coffee I've ever had - and that's extraordinary because I'm having it at home!

Top quality coffee beans and priced quite reasonably. I have been a long term in-store customer due to the delicious beans and have just made my first online order. I was delighted to say the least - ordered at night and it was there on my doorstep the next morning. They kindly included some complimentary beans to try. Fantastic quality and service.

I've just sat down to a cup of your PNG Organic and it is so bloody delicious that I just had to get in touch and say thank you. I received my first order of beans from you a couple of weeks ago and I was delighted with both the speed of delivery and the quality of your packaging. The bonus packets of hot chocolate were a delightful and unexpected surprise! Thank you, they also proved to be delicious! With Melbourne's fascination with highly acidic, filter orientated coffee I've struggled to find a full bodied, slightly darker style of bean that I really enjoy. Your style of roasting is exactly what I've been looking for and I'm delighted to be able to say that my search for my perfect roaster is now over.

Most delicious coffee beans and huge variety. Every morning we choose our own coffee adventure with one of the many flavours and it has become a highlight of our day. Our favorites so far are Mrs Crivelli, Caribbean Queen (for a lighter taste) and Maximus if you like it STRONG like my partner. Very prompt replies on Facebook messenger within a few minutes when I asked for recommendations. And you cannot beat a 3 hour delivery either... a true lockdown miracle. Highly recommend!

Thanks for the super speedy delivery! I love the Peruvian Hero from Coffee Max. It reminds me of Frangelico (the hazelnut liquer) when I have it with Oat Milk. Everyone deserves a little something special in their day...

Dino is an enthusiastic and passionate roaster, and the coffee beans from Coffee Max are my go-to choice. Well priced for the quality, and consistently good. Shout out to my favourite beans Mrs Crivelli and Peruvian Hero (Crema).

Had a strong cappuccino and it was decent; it had a nice layer of froth and the coffee was quite tasty. However the flavour was a little diluted due to the larger than average cup that the coffee was served in. Even then the flavour profile of the coffee was above standard and had a good after taste.

Stopped on the way here to grab a chai latte. Asked for an extra hot soy chai and it was very hot! Which is exactly what I wanted. Service was very friendly and they looked like they did multiple different coffee beans. Cute shop!

Coffee Max is a hidden gem in the elite Burke Road strip of Camberwell. From the decor to the aroma, entering the store feels like you are totally emmersed in a traditional European coffee adventure. The coffee is one of the finest in Melbourne (think of those places that are passionate and actually roast their own beans and have won awards for their blends). <br/><br/>They also offer lunch items which was fresh and extremely generous on the fillings which is hard to find elsewhere. The bread was tasty with a large amount of smoked salmon and lots of other ingredients. The sweets display was very enticing with lots of variety. The Croissants and Portuguese Tarts were absolutely delicious. Great for the hardcore coffee lover or simply a bite to eat. Overall excellent.

AMAZING and mouth watering sandwiches, the new chef they have is amazing.  Great value for money, coffee is also divine, would 100% recommend  :)

Located on Burke Rd, Coffee Max produces delicious, fine coffee. The service and staff are very friendly and it's a fast service. It isn't overly priced- a great value for what you get :)  I definitely recommend this to others and I will go again! 😍 😘

No frills just Great coffee here! One of the best coffee on camberwell. And the aroma of roasting beans is always enjoyable as you drink you coffee.

Coffee Max is a cosy café with clean facilities. The food is DELICIOUS! The coffee is just perfect. Dino loves his coffee and just makes coffee to perfection. I would go there again.

Delightful staff working at Coffee Max at the moment. It has a very European neighbourhood coffee bar feel with good coffee and simple food. Great range of cakes/muffins/slices. Staff very helpful at selecting coffee beans to take home, we are enjoying their recommendation from last week at home every morning.

I just paid $7 for a microwaved croissant. Coffee was average as well. There was only one other person j. The cafe so it wasn't like they were under the pump. Who microwaves a croissant in 2015? Thumbs down 👎

I ordered coffees and hot chocolates and received great service and they tasted great. I also took home a packet of coffee and it was really good.

Terrible service, terrible coffee and terrible human beings. I challenge you to walk in there and order two items and there not to be an issue with one of them.

Brilliant Coffee, Great Service and Environment. Have recently started working near here. Love it! Never a bad coffee. Has a great $10 deal for coffee and any item on their menu. Smiling staff. Fast service and delicious food. Lovely feel to the place too.

Okay so I've come here quite often due to it being one of the only coffee shops on that side of Camberwell. The coffee itself is always pretty good but never great. The service at this place is almost shockingly poor though with the staff going to an effort to be rude and not smiling. I won't be back again given five minutes walk down the road brings you to many nicer coffee places near the station.

Dino Crevelli loves his cafe and treats customers and staff like family. Coming from a coffee roasting family (since 1959) Dino continues the tradition through his roastery-cafe in Camberwell and the jewel in the crown is at Doncaster. <br/> <br/>Coffee Max Doncaster is a palatial Italian coffee experience in a shopping centre. Positioned enviously at the door to the Westfield Bus Terminal Coffee Max serves hundreds of commuters and all of the loyal workers inside the 250 store mega mall. As well as multiple blends of coffee they also serve hot and cold food and decadent snacks. Marble bench tops, decadent cakes and very Italian decorations are all signs you are in for an Italian experience.

Everyday Necessity!!. Every morning I make time to get to Coffee Max (Camberwell) before I go to work.<br/>I get a slightly different, yet distinct taste with every blend - a quirk that excites me every day, though I'm never worried that I'll get a bad taste and never dissapointed. The boys are so friendly and fun to watch while waiting -- They know coffee and it shows! <br/>Maybe I just need coffee too much, but I've yet to find another coffee or cafe that compares!<br/>Thank you Coffee Max

Some of the best coffee in Melbourne. Pros: exquisite, complex flavour at just the right temperature. Cool looking take away cup. Cons: don't know. Got take away so didn't meet the owner, who a few reviews said was rude (?). Wir: yes.

Great coffee and atmosphere. Just recently started going to coffee max and the coffee is fantastic. I have tried most of the coffee shops in the area and i find the coffee at Coffee max to be by far the best in the area. The staff were approachable and friendly. When i was there last they roasted the coffee beans right in front of the customers! I have also tried a few of their beans at home and they are always full of flavour.

Beautiful coffee. Wonderful coffee. <br/>A few years ago, this shop had a wonderful atmosphere where the staff were friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately this is not the case any longer. Customer service is so important, but the guys they have at the moment are so sour and unfriendly, I've actually stopped going there for my afternoon coffee. Shame.

Best coffee in Melbourne handsdown. My Fiancé & I go to Coffee Max 3-4 times a week & every time we get same amazing Italian coffee, great on the palate no sugar required! Why? Cause they’re consistent. They roast their own beans, have their own blend, have a great machine & they don’t over extract or burn the coffee. Most importantly they focus on their core product with a few other food items on the side (don’t go past the breakfast cookie, fruit toast & banana bread) so they don’t over complicate what they do. As for the service, they’re friendly enough with me, which is good cause at 8:00am I am not the friendliest myself! Highly recommend them to anyone, especially people who enjoy little or no milk in their coffee because the coffee itself is fantastic.

Love the coffee & food but the service is very disappointing. I come in every weekend & am never met with a hello or a smile. If it wasn't for the coffee I'd never come back.

Good coffee. Had a couple of very nice brews here today. The strong latte was just that...strong! Full flavour and smooth without any hint bitterness.<br/><br/>Haven't tried the food other than a (tasty) crostoli but it's definitely a good place in Camberwell to enjoy a very satisfying coffee.
