Review Eat Sushi - Cammeray

Brendan
Great food, great service and great for kids. Huge variety of sushi so anyone picky can find something. A little small so recommend off peak hours without a wait but even when the restaurant was full, the food came out quick. Saw a ton of people getting take-away so must be a staple as well but can’t confirm. Definitely recommend and one of my favorite sushi places in Sydney.

great food quality at a good price :) we got on late and they politely accommodated us, however for reference I attached their timing picture

This place actively sabotages their own business. What kind of restaurant takes last orders at 7:10pm on a Saturday night. It's our local sushi place but I won't be supporting it anymore. The service isn't as good as it used to be either. I don't know if they changed management, but post covid this place has gone downhill.

This place would be our go to local Japanese every weekend however their opening hours make it very difficult to support their business. We arrived at 7:45pm tonight (a Friday night) only to be told their last orders were at 7:10pm. On a Friday night, I was shocked that any restaurant would be closing at peak dinner time. We have also previously gone to have lunch on a Sunday here only to see the closed sign. As people who work full time, Friday to Sunday are often the only times we can enjoy the restaurant so it’s very disappointing to see such popular times the restaurant is shut and we have had to take our business else where. Hopefully this changes soon.

I love sushi, but probably this sushi place was the most disappointing for me so far. Sushi were tasteless. Moreover, food was overpriced. After I had tamogoyaki sushi I was wandering if they put tofu instead of omelette, then I had sushi with salmon and wasn’t able to feel taste of fish and after 2 more other sushi I understood that I better order something from the menu. Teriyaki salmon don was disappointing as well, dry and tasteless salmon. This place can’t compete even with cheapest sushi places in the area.

This place is always a win with the family. Staff is so frindly and in a good mood. Great sushi rolls, and a great atmosphere. My 7 and 9yr old are always excited to go! But if you are in a hurry they have a to go area as well!

Great Japanese cuisine, sushi train style food and menus for eating in cubicles. Recommend the Tempura prawns.
