Great customer service. Staff super friendly with a beautiful smile. Loved their Caesar salad, pizza which was a decent portion. Their pancakes were a delight and super delicious and really big. Two plates where big enough to share amongst 4-5 people.

Customer service is not that great. Waiters forgetting orders and getting it wrong all the time. Food is good.

We had a great lunch here and could not fault it. Staff were very friendly and the food was generous in proportion and tasted great.

Definitely a good choice to have a Swiss shake and Pancake. Double sugar excitement. Crepes on the menu are not the best in flavour and enjoyment but they are manageable and will suffice a hunger craving. Good ambience and great staff always

American Style Beef Brisket! Enjoyed the meal with additional gravy. Great location and fantastic service (wasn't busy when I went). The additional meet is pork ribs.

Great selection of toppings on their pancakes, also serve steak, chicken, chips & other meals. Staff are friendly, prices are reasonable.

Nice relaxing place. Service seems a bit tight but staff are very friendly. Food quality is reasonable. Price is on the expensive side.

Good to have a family dinner, celebrate something or just relaxing with friends over a fantastic food.

It’s near my friends house and being kid friendly, it was an easy choice on this Saturday night. When I made a booking last week, the staff I spoke to was so bubbly and friendly and tonight was no different.<br/><br/>When we entered, the staff who was on the floor was welcoming and had no problems when we asked for tables away from the toilets since we were early and the restaurant was empty.<br/><br/>My husband and I decided on crepes and out of the Mexicano and my chicken and mushroom, I liked mine better. My friend went for a breakfast item<br/>Which he apparently alway gets and my son went for their dinosaur chicken nuggets which he has never seen before so he was excited to get. We shared the sweet potato fries but I found theirs too<br/>Soggy.<br/><br/>For dessert, my son went for the kids caterpillar pancakes which he couldn’t finish as he was so full and my husband and I shared their Nutella pancakes. They do pancakes well and I tried my friends who preferred banana pancake with. Butterscotch sauce which was also tasty. I like my pancakes fat and fluffy and pancakes on the rocks definitely do it well.

Always very lovely service and such a large dining area we rarely need to book. Savoury menu is a bit restricted and the crepes are microwaved, but rest of the hot food is really good. Love the wedges, calamari and ribs. Pancakes are very large, would recommend swapping them out for crepes if you like them. Your stomach will thank you later!

Solid pancakes with meals that fill you up surprisingly well for how dainty they might look. Would strongly recommend going for the fruitier choices as the pancakes (especially the chocolate ones) can be quite heavy and desperately need the fruit acidity to cut through it. Their savoury options are also surprisingly good for a dessert parlour.

Second time there. Really love the perfect combination of ice cream , fruit and fluffy pancake. So darn good! And the way it looks it also attractive! If you ask me what it the most curing and soothing food on the earth , this could be one of them definitely !!

We already knew there isn't much to expect when we were at Pancakes on the Rocks. <br/>Prices were a bit high for what they offer. We got 2 pancakes. The chocolate pancake is a little bit dense, the buttermilk pancakes are fluffier. Fruits are fresh enough but nothing too fancy. <br/><br/>Also got Calamari just because we are craving something fried, pathetic portion but dipping sauce wasn't too bad. Can skip this. <br/>Have to say very helpful and friendly service. However, this particular experience hasn't changed my thoughts on how average the food is.

Take my children here often. Great family atmosphere, reasonably priced, fantastic service and great tasting. Would like to see some more variety.

Service is fair, last two visits its been quiet inside and still waited quite a while for drinks to come out, asked for a bottle of water, and we received cups of water that had been lined up in drink prep area.. food is hit and miss, sometimes great, others it falls short.

I come here once a fortnight, one of my favorite places to eat. The ribs are amazing and so tender, the wedges that come with it are always very crispy, their iced teas are delicious and the restaurant is over looking the park and pond which sets a nice atmosphere. Service here is friendly. Highly reccomend this place.

Personally i am not a fan of pancakes so i opted for something savoury tonight and ordered the 'farmers brunch' crepe with a side of chips.<br/><br/>The crepe tasted good and was surprisingly filling. The chips however were not that great. They were not salted at all and most of them had dark coloured spots so there werent many fries on the plate i actually wanted to eat. They were however nice and fresh and they were brought to me really hot.<br/><br/>The customer service was really good though. The waitress was very friendly and responded to us promptly when we called her. The wait for our food and drinks was relatively short with most arriving to the table within 10 minutes.<br/><br/>Overall, not a bad spot to dine at if you're looking for something local and do not want to travel out into the city.

Birthdays are a time to relax so we didnt wanna travel - tried finding a local place for a nice lunch. Very basic menu, common in chains, but it was OK. Steak and salad for $30 is a bit rich. Wife wasn't impressed with her cold scrambled eggs. Probably wouldn't return.

Hate it. The pancakes aren't even good they are thick and floury. Ordered the breakfast here once and the poached eggs came out so over cooked that the yolk was grey so I sent it back, the second time was better but tasted heavily of vinegar and the holondaise sauce was stone cold, like straight out of the fridge cold. It was horrible and I won't be back.

The pizzas are good when cooked properly not soggy!<br/><br/>Pancakes are very good even for me who doesnt like sweets.<br/><br/>They are light and fluffy.<br/><br/>Last week i had a bavon potato crepe. It was ok a bit stodgy and the sauce was woeful but pancakes made up for it!

This place is always good for a big meal - I only come for the pancakes and both breakfast and dessert options are great. I stay away from the savoury food, as pancakes are what they do best. Service is always friendly.

My impression: They are in a nice large location, but parking can be a pain. The food was good, but the service was pushy at times. The people working there looked depressed.<br/><br/>The savory dishes are very ordinary, but the sweet dishes are nice if you're craving sweets (black forest pancakes probably the better choice). They are a little pricey for pancakes, but then again you're also paying for the large venue and running costs (Mmmm, running costs =D)<br/><br/>Overall it is not a bad place, and I would return again (only for sweet dishes though :/)

Food: Steak, with chips and salad on the side.<br/>I usually go for steak when we go to Pancakes as it is a generous size and would always be filling.<br/><br/>I would usually ask for the steak to be cooked well-done. Most of the times it is still medium-rare, as I would always be disappointed, as it has happened a few times already.<br/>The pancakes are always amazing and full of sauces and toppings which is great!<br/><br/>Hospitality and service is always good and attentive at this location.<br/><br/>Price: 2 people =$65

Good service, nice food, okay price, a lot of people but plenty of seating. Indoor and outdoor with heaters. Pancakes great as always. Definitely recommend it.

Sickening. Ate here last night. All four of us were up all night sick. Poor service. Staff poorly trained and unfriendly. Staff couldn't answer questions about the menu. Dessert pancakes came out doughy and uncooked. NEVER again... Warning others not to ate this expensive discusting food!

The Hot N Tropo Pancakes (above) were basically buttermilk pancakes, chocolate sauce, chocolate ice cream and bananas on the side. I love the pancakes here because of how delicious they are, even though the serving was massive we managed to finish it with a little bit of a struggle....

Fish crepe was not the best, I couldn't finish it . It tasted like cheap good . Cesar salad was drenched in sauce that we also couldn't finish it . Breakfast menu is not the best but portion sizes were big

Worst service ever. My girlfriend and I were standing at the sign where it says "stand here to be seated". We stood there for a good minute, with staff even looking at us and not greeting us. After that one of the staff brought us to our tables. We literally sat there for 15 minutes before any waiter came to us. Do not eat at this restaurant. Worst service ever.

I love eating here. However last night just turned me off from coming here! Bad customer service, actually the worst one I've got. We we're a group of three and my husband was on his way. We came in at 9:15 they said last order would be at 9:30. The moment we sat down they straight away wanted to know what we wanted without having time to look at the menu. The waitress abruptly said "YOU HAVE to ORDER NOW!". I was getting the order from my husband in the phone because he was looking for parking, I told the lady one more is coming. And she sarcastically replied "OH one more is coming?". Such a rude service! I did not order anything that night, it just completely turned me off. Next time if your in a rush to kick someone out just tell them your close!! WILL NOT ever come here again! Teach your staff how to communicate properly!

The chicken ceaser salad is DISGUSTING couldn't even eat it. My partner and I asked why the chicken tasted so awful. The reason is it is pre frozen. What kind of restaurant doesn't even cook your meal for you? I can make a better salad myself at home. Definitely not eating here again.

Service was terrible!! The waitress brought me my pork ribs and pancakes at the same time even though I requested to get the pancakes after my meal so the ice cream melted & they went soggy,she forgot my sour cream & sweet chilli & when I asked her she proceeded to argue with me that I never told her, pork ribs were cold and was only given a handful of wedges<br/>I will NEVER go back there & I don't reccomend it to anyone! You're better off going to the north strathfield one better quality & service.

Good fast breakfast. Been here several times, but only for breakfast. Friendly service, never noisy or too busy. Food arrives fast. Strongly recommend.

Not the greatest .. Overrated perhaps. <br/>Had the Pancakes Benedict and request the grilled tomatoes on the side. The tomatoes never made it to the grill .. Looked like they were just brushed with oil and were as solid as they are fresh. As for The eggs - overcooked and tasted like rubber - even though we requested them as runny. <br/>Pancake Parlour Melbourne most definitley is the greatest .. <br/><br/>I wouldn't come back

Went To pancakes (campbelltown) with my husband, we ordered pork ribs & steak, steak was char grilled alright to the point that it was bitter. Then the pork ribs wasn't very nice too. We always eat in pancakes in the city but decided to try the one in campbelltown as its close to home. However very disappointed with the food. & salad didn't look fresh at all. Unfortunately not worth going to and paying for at all.

Melbourne's pancake parlour is better. The melbourne version is much better....pancakes on the rocks is ok, more catered for tourists. Service is ok but melbourne's pancake parlour is better.
