Review Grill'd - Campbelltown

Very bad service unfortunately! The food was so disgusting and I found a hair inside my salad!! I feel very bad I will never ever come back again

Great food as always, just a really long wait time for a single burger.

Great burger range and awesome chips (zucchini, sweet potato, and potato), with plenty of gluten 'friendly' options (check for coeliac sensitivities though). A surprisingly good gluten free beer too (two bays pale ale). Really friendly service staff too.

Well. Underwhelming in size and flavour for the price. Get bigger, better and similarly price burgers from a food truck. Not to mention extra for fries + 15% not 10% for a pub holiday. Yes I know but you don't need more staff ( very nice ) than customers for slow service.

The burgers and portions have reduced in size and the food quality has deteriorated. However the biggest issue I have here is the way the staff are treated. I took a friend in for lunch and the supervisor was so nasty to the staff I am surprised they don't all walk out. What an absolute bully. The worse kind of management behaviour was being displayed. If he behaves like this at work where the public can see him God alone knows how he is when he can't be seen. I was disgusted.

Get them via uber, food quality for me has always been on point. The burgers are great as is the sweet potato chips, i have had the chance to dine in as well and found it a relaxed environment just on the outside of the center

Disgusting don’t waste your money. We have been going to grilled for years now and always been good service and tasty healthy food. Not anymore. Filthy tables everywhere, staff lazy, standing around talking, food cold, sweet potato chips were burned and swimming in grease, a man wandering around flicking his ponytail instead of wiping tables, after a long wait and a few bites I realised this could actually give me food poisoning and left, NEVER AGAIN , FILTHY.

The range of food was good but it’s so overpriced for the portion size. The burgers were tiny and for the price didn’t even include chips or salad. We paid extra for an assortment of chips and there were 7 chips in each basket. Absolute rip off.

This visit followed on from the Beach Club festivities at Macarthur Square Shopping Centre. Seeing families having fun in the sand and kids playing in the area next to it with the “sea” of blue balls representing the ocean - we decided to have hamburgers for lunch and went to Grill’d.

Delicious, healthy burgers and plenty of options for a vegetarian such as myself . Would definitely recommend grill’d if you are looking for a yummy burger 🙂

Nourish and flourish with a carb free bun sometimes, the zucchini chips! Yum! I’ve never been disappointed with this order or the staff. Always a nice vibe to go and sit by yourself inside with a burger and beer or go for a quick bite with a friend. It’s always clean too when I have been :)

Staff are great. Love the fact they support 3 local community groups every month. Food came out really quick and was great. We got the kids chicken combo, Simon Says Chicken burger with Brie and the Chilli Addict Beef burger. We will be return customers.

Finally a Grill'd in Campbelltown!
Burgers are getting so popular yet we still lack places in Southwest Sydney!
I went with the beef bacon and cheese!
The quality of the patty was great!
I wasn't a fan of the fries though, both standard and sweet potato!
Definitely would come back but!

Love that there is a grill'd in campbelltown now! We're really limited when it comes to burgers in the south west, so this is a nice addition.

I had the Simon says and added pineapple, a nice burger, no wow factor but enjoyable nonetheless. Their sweet potato chips with hot sauce are going to reel me in again and again though; they are delicious!
