Review Rashays Campbelltown - Campbelltown

Great food and ambiance. The dessert selection is amazing too. A spacious restaurant, can sit big groups at any time. The only negative is they can be a bit short staffed at busy times. Also accepts NSW Dine Vouchers which is great.

The food was tasty and the sauce was great! The staff had a lot of people to take cater to but they took time with everyone to get the right orders to the right people with a smile. Every table was immaculate before we got there and no floor meds was in sight. There was a slight worry about a shortage of serviettes though. Still, I would come here again! #RatheonRecommends the chicken and chips in sweet chilli sauce.

they don’t reserve even 1 star according to the poor and date over food quality and service. Today i got soggy avocado and cherry tomatoes on my breakfast which was bad small too. When they served me my today’s breakfast it was no onions and cheese as well. i told hem after that they put raw onions and white cheese. In this store all staff attitude is careless and doesn’t care anything. Requesting to head office to look after to improve this store foods quality and their service.

Staff were mostly very attentive, helpful and polite. The best part of the dining experience. Food was very average and very over priced. Veggies as a side dish ($7) consisted of just two small cobs of corn, which was disappointing. Their salad side dish was the best part for me, but the serving was very small for price of $7. I feel the huge TV screen was an unnecessary distraction. Heating could have been better, it was draughty, and lights were too bright and overall the place was very noisy for me like a food court in a shopping centre. The whole experience was not very enjoyable for me.

The food was better than I anticipated. If only the service could have matched it. No one was rude or anything like that but it seemed no one knew what what to do. Every dish we saw come out, waiters were going to each table to see if they ordered what they were carrying. That included the drinks ordered. I was there to attend dinner a friend booked. The first waiter tried to seat me at a table just for us in a corner somewhere, not acknowledging I advised I was there for a gathering. It was like everyone working there except for a few were doing it for the first time.
