Review Rashays - Campbelltown

Lovely decor and very spacious, just a shame it’s surrounds are very car park like. The food was nice, great portion sizes and seemed nice and fresh. The free refills on soft drinks are a nice touch but not needed as the glasses are HUGE. Staff were friendly and attentive but there were a few errors like incorrect drink and forgetting salad dressing. Nothing major though and easily fixed.

I ordered the large chicken parmigiana which looks delicious on the picture, but the reality was different from what I received. However you can't go wrong with the creamy chicken pasta which my wife had.

Quick service quality food at a great price.

Won’t be back.- firstly sent one soft drink back as had hair in it. Two of the chicken burgers ordered today raw/pink in the middle extremely undercooked. Beef burger cold . Manager offered discount and didn’t take rewards membership result also charged us for the kids meal. Extremely disappointed Rashays used to be tasty and value for money. Not the case any longer

Delicious food. Timely served, customer focused. Always helpful and try to provide best service and full fill the need. Adequate staff member and welcoming environment

Looks like the owner of this restaurant is cutting costs severely. Understaffed no gas in out door heaters and lack of food portions compared to other Rashays. Go to another Rashays may be Liverpool or punch bowl totally different service

Slowest service, table of 6 and between each meal there was a 20mins wait. So the first meals got cold while waiting for our last meal. The bathrooms were disgusting. No toilet paper in 2 of them. Rubbish all over the floors. Too many staff trying to set up decorations for Mother’s Day

Ordered a fried chicken burger and a coke. Chicken was raw and the coke had hair in it. Server was apologetic but the kitchen staff had a good laugh about it. Definitely not coming back.

Went in to try the $5 lunches but in truth they're more like $5 sides. But for how much we paid it was alright, nothing too crazy that makes you feel the need to return but they had a nice vibe going on.

I've been here a few times but the last visit a while ago really put me off from ever coming here again. There was hardly anyone there at that time and it was nearly going on to 30 minutes when the food eventually came out. Food was average but was not worth the wait. Also when paying we had to wait a few minutes before someone could even attempt to acknowledge we wanted to pay and leave, even when there are plenty of employees around.

Been to this place on the visit to royal botanic garden.I had no great impression on rashays in general and my expectations on this outlet were very nominal too.

It surpassed my expectations and the fish & chips and chicken fettucine were extremely delicious.

Prompt and polite service is such a value add.the other rashays outlet should definitely be inspired from the quality of food and service of this outlet

We have been multiple times (friends birthdays and work functions etcs) and every time the food is average and service is terrible. The very ypung staff seem to be overwhelmed or possibly even inadequately trained to deal with the high volume of customers they seem to get.
