Disgusting food and disgusting restaurant Would not recommend, don’t get me started on those birds that roam around their kitchen and utensils and on the tables. Yuck! Very bad service too.

Really loved it. Had the new Chimi shredded mushroom tacos and the 5 year old ate it happily too. Winner 🏆

Really grossed out by this. It was an uber order but the food was sealed so this hair in the picture was sealed in with the food, not a delivery driver issue.Could not get in contact with the store whatsoever

The owners of this franchise should probably start caring about the place before a customer gets sick or something. The floors inside is slippery AF, there are birds inside the kitchen and also the dining area (inside) roaming around the place. You can see the birds poo inside the restaurant. Used to be good. Food is just blah.

The food is fine, but this is the second time I have to wait so long for the food, I may aswell have cooked it at home. I get that you can't be as fast as other food joints, but I had to wait 25 minutes for a standard order tonight... the time before that, it was worse still. ---- Strike that. The food was not fine. To add insult to injury, the food was cold.

Always get the enchilada and a $3 taco, never disappoints! 🤤😋

The food is generally great, although wait times can be pretty long. If you order on the app they just don't call out the order number when it's ready, they just add it to the bags already on the counter and you have to ask if that's yours (even if they know you're waiting). Very frustrating! First time I ordered through the app I waited while my food was going cold on the counter for 15 minutes.

I am addicted to GYG the food is amazing! My personal favourite is the mini burrito bowl. Ooo and a great personal tip: buy the corn chips and then ask for them to add the Chipotle seasoning Yummm! However there customer service isn't the best depending on who's serving you and Double check your order after receiving as they 30% of the time get my order wrong.

The food is always at best, fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly. The service is quick and efficient. My daughter's favourite restaurant, mine too. P.S. The boss is cheerful and caring to all customers. Check it out yourself and you'd believe me.

Great service, even when busy. Amazing pulled pork really compliments the meals, it's so tender it falls to pieces. Excellent range of drinks for people who dont drink alcohol which is rare, instead of like other restaurants that only offer post mix fizzy drinks. Very well priced for high quality food in big portions �

I had take away nachos with spicy beef and a chicken burrito had it within the next 5minutes. Portions of meat and guacamole were half of what I've normally got from other branches, meat was cold and no black beans. I specifically asked to get the cheese fully melted which was totally ignored because it was 99% not melted due to the meat also being cold. The burrito was cold without a touch of warmth what so ever, so you could say it felt like eating a dead burrito. That is all.

Best Mexican food anywhere!! I go there regularly for the chicken quesadillas- do yourself a favour!

Came to have dinner for my sons bday last night. I booked a table 30 mins before we were due to come in for dinner, and even though you guys were so busy, yourll reserved us a table for our group. We then went on to order our food for our group of 10, which was brought out sooooo fast and was delicious!! Such a pleasant dining experience with no issues at all. Thank you so much for the great customer service and for the complimentary churros you gave us. ��

Went for the first time today and got the chicken nachos. Was very nice and got a huge portion too. I will definitely be back!

I love this place. My go to is a chicken burrito bowl with gauc ❤ Service is always fast, staff are always helpful. Food is always fresh and tasty. Even when busy, line moves really quick. A great affordable meal every time.

Outstanding service and delicious food. This is a great option for vegans and people needing Gluten Free options (just be sure to ask for no sour cream and no cheese - and they do this happily without attitude like some other places). The Mixed vegetable Burrito is always fresh and full of flavour. This place is consistently good! Well worth trying!

It was ok. A little bit over priced for what your getting. I got the beef nachos. When I got them they were cold and the cheese was dried up. All the beans were at the bottom kind of looked like they just threw everything on .

Good selection of the usual Mexican food eg tacos, quesadillas, burritos etc. large servings and ok prices. The service was good. Not many seats inside but a good sized outdoor seating area.

Now we're not one to review franchises but given Campbelltown is the only Guzman Y Gomez we've gone to and the fact that we only recently discovered (despite walking past it countless of times without noticing) and decided to try the deliciousness they serve up we figured a review would be acceptable. <br/>First and foremost, can i just say the enchilada is AH-MAZING here! We ordered it with spicy chicken filling alongside the family deal of 2 burritos (spicy steak filling and pulled pork filling), 2 kids burritos (both beef filling) and 2 servings of guacamole and chips (we ordered so much because we wanted to try everything. Sorry not sorry) <br/>The pulled pork is hands down the winner with the spicy chicken coming in very close behind as my second favourite filling of choice. As for the guacamole and chips.. we cant get enough of it. The guacamole is just so refreshing you cant help but keep wanting to eat it no matter how full you are. It goes really well with the chips but alone we dont think the chips are as good. <br/>All in all, GYG is total yum and we wish we had tried it earlier. Will definitely keep coming back here!!!

Guzman y Gomez provides a different dining option in macarthur. Tried the fajitas as well as the burrito bowl and they are both really tasty. Staff are friendly and efficient and prices are quite cheap. Serving sizes aren't that big. I enjoy it here but still prefer Mad Mex.

Guzman Y Gomez has had a facelift since last time I went in and it looks fabulous! I really love the layout. I ordered the burrito bowl with spicy chicken and boy, was it delicious! The food tastes fresh, just as Mexican should be. The staff were super lovely too and cleared our rubbish quickly upon demolishing. <br/><br/>The cost price for 2 is specified as $25 which I think is unreasonable and needs adjusting. For 2 burrito bowls with brown rice and guac, and 2 normal drinks it came to $37 - all of which I consider a pretty standard order.

Just one word DELICIOUS!? If you're lookin for a quick meal that's cheap, hella tasty and cheap as heck, you've found the right place. Ugh the quessadillas are the death of me because I never get to finish them *tears

This place has great service, great mexican food which is a nice change for Campbelltown and a good rewards system. Walk in casual atmosphere with fast service. We will be back for sure
