Review Gasthaus German Eatery - Campbelltown

Mmm tasty! Friendly staffs, hearty food!

It's been a while since I've truly enjoyed takeaway, but today Gasthaus changed this! My sandwich/burger was so well made and flavoursome. I absolutely couldn't fault it. I will definitely be back!

So... I ate here (for the first time) and can I just say, everything is nice, the service was fast, the food was great. Shout-out to the dude who recommended me what the best-selling brekky is, it was amazing. Overall, it's good. Would I go back there? Definitely.

I love coming here for my German fix. Portions are good for one person. Located in a food court with it's own seating area or outdoor option. Jagerschnitzel and their potato bake when available are my favourites.

Tasty Bacon and Egg roll with coffee for around $11. 2 x eggs + Streaky bacon was very tasty on the in store re-baked rolls. Flat white was surprisingly smooth and tasty. Will be back :)

My husband decided to take me here, and oh my! The best food I have ever tasted. I'm usually a very picky eater. It is not just normal food, but traditional German food. The sweet potato fries and snitzel are my top favourites. I keep going back for more lol. We would have loved him to cook at our wedding if we found this place sooner! Everything is made to perfection. The owner and staff that work here are lovely.

I expected this to be just another shopping centre food outlet - with a veritable cornucopia of overpriced mediocrity on offer. HOW WRONG I WAS. Our party of three thoroughly enjoyed a hearty meal which, other than the presentation, was arguably restaurant-grade. My "Berlin Chicken" burger was a monster - lettuce, tomato, lemon aioli, fried egg, bacon, caramelised onion and, of course, a juicy chicken schnitzel. 🤤 Not bad at all for $12.80. Staff were friendly and welcoming. All-in-all a highly recommend place for a feed of you're in the area.

The staff are always so nice, specially the chef he is always so friendly and on point. We can go here for brunch or late afternoon snitzel and the quality is great. Chicken is very well cooked and tender- it's just right(not under or over cooked). The sweet potato fries are pretty great. Overall the service and food is always great so we will always frequent this and recommend to friends. This place needs more attention for their quality food. ����

Had dinner with the fam last night, we went there especially for the weekly special and it did not disappoint!! We started with Pretzels � yummo!! Then had the jägersnitzle mit spätzle. The portions were large, I shared mine with my 1 and 4 year old and there was plenty. I rolled out of there!! The snitzel was juicy and tasty, the sauce delicious, the spätzle was lovely!! We will definitely be back for more!! And such friendly staff!! The sampler we tried was delicious but we just couldn’t fit in another bite for dessert. Thank you for a lovely dinner.

I wanted to thank Willi and his team for a delicious catering for my birthday party last weekend. Everybody loved the food. Well done ... Been there last night with fam for the Jägerschnitzel mit Spätzle weekly special and yum yum yum ... delicious...The serving size was very generous (ate it all � waaayyyy to nice to leave some behind). Will be back for the Zigeunerschnitzel ���

Iv eaten here a few times and it has been consistently fresh! Chips are amazing and so are the wraps, All the staff are so polite and attentive it’s great! Keep up the awesome work Gasthaus your doing a great job!

Best schnitzel ever!! I think the hubby and I will have to eat our way through the menu! Service was great and quick everything tasty and fresh! Plus our little girl loved the 'spaghetti icecream'
