Review Subway - Campbelltown

I always enjoy a good subway. Sadly the staff are not always that friendly. They looked over worked or doing long shifts. So they don't service you with a smile. But I will still love a subway as it's the cheapest meal I can enjoy with a lot of stuffing.

Standard Subway restaurant. Was nice and clean when I visited, the Staff were friendly and more than happy to sort out my order. No toilet facility’s if you need to release a six inch before consuming a footlong. Try the wholemeal steak and cheese toasted with double meat lettuce tomato and jalapenos with The south west sauce. Cant go wrong 😊

They supposedly have two newby crew on and left us waiting over 20 minutes for our orders, when there was no one in the store. They had one person making orders and the other was on the phone. When my friend tried to complain as their food had gone cold and soggy. They refused to give a refund and argued that it was “ not their problem” . It took us 10 minutes for them to ignore the request for the refund and decided they will just remake the sub. We also got refillable cups with ice, the ice had mould in it in all drinks. This is unacceptable behaviour and has greatly changed our view of the store as we had not had any issues before. But if management is okay putting two untrained, incapable employees in charge of the store who believe this is the right way to treat customers I will not be coming here again.

Worst customer service.. been there with few friends of mine who hasn’t had subway before.. the customer server was rude and not openly offering the ingredients.. one waitress also asked us to order all the orders at once which wasn’t possible every people have their own preferences which she doesn’t know I believe.

Worst subway I've ever been totally lazy unenthusiastic and unenthusiastic intrested in actually getting the public there food. Waited 20 minutes for three servers to serve 1 customer then totally ignore me and start doing user orders like I didn't exist.

I love subway specially the bmt and the classic chicken and pizza sub and the meat ball sub they're are so yummy I reccommend it to anyone

They made my sub and left it on the counter for literally 15 minutes. When I got it the bread was soggy and meat tasted off. I just asked for a replacement and they argued with me on it saying that its not my problem so I got upset and asked for a refund and they refused me a refund saying they couldn’t open the till but there on a close shift, how they gonna count there till at the end of the night when they can’t open there till? So they said they would just make me a new one and then that was terrible. Also the ice had mould on it.

I ordered From here and I got a meatball toasted sub when I got it, it was absolutely cold and hubby got a classic chicken and the chicken was absolutely cold as well. I called and she blamed Uber when Uber got here wishing 4mins so it wasn’t him then she hung up on me once I asked for the manager. Absolutely appalled with the service..
