Review Rolld Vietnamese - Campbelltown

Have visited a few times now. The service has been incredibly slow. I was the only customer waiting in queue today and waited to get my Banh Mi. I watched as it sat on the counter waiting for filling as the staff had their own conversations with each other in the food preparation area and the other staff member continued to chop ingredients for a few minutes while my roll was sitting in front of him. The roll was stale when I eventually ate it. Not worth the price or the wait.

Dad and I ordered online for pick up as noodle salads were $10 each online instead of $13.50, so we ordered online instead. We placed the order and confirmed with them they received it. So we walked away and told them we would be back. When we come back they told us they rejected my order and we had to pay full price $13.50. So not only did they waste our time. We had to pay full price. Terrible service. Slow. No name badges.

Bahn mi is tiny and overpriced. Flavour was alright, but not enough vegetables / filling, and the bread was soft. Not worth it.

I was very disappointed with todays service. After placing my order I waited for 10 minutes, then I approached the counter to see the staff using his hands with a glove on and picking out the bean sprouts from my noodles that I ordered without bean sprouts. When I asked if that was my order he said yes then asked another staff member for tongs instead and continued to pick the bean sprouts out. I was absolutely disgusted and asked for a newly made bowl. The staff behind the counter wasn’t pleased and were annoyed but took the bowl back. The whole plane was covered so I couldn’t see if they really made a new bowl or kept it aside and gave me the same bowl. Absolutely disgusting service. Won’t be eating there again.

Ordered Beef pho in a bowl, paid $12.90 cash.Been waiting for 15mins and then there was a lady ordering in a counter and one of staff already called out her order but not my order. When i asked about my order said that it's coming. I was waiting again but i saw the chef prepared beef pho in cup but not in a bowl.Then i decided to cancel my order and asked for refund. Apparently the staff took the wrong order He put something else for $11 paid in card. So now they cant find my transaction in their history. I told them to ask the boy who took my order. And the boy forgot what is my order he only remembered i paid cash. It wasn't busy at all and i'm the only customer waiting to be served that time. And they cant give me my refund because in register said card payment instead of cash. So they are afraid to give me refund in cash and said they must call their manager. After that long wait , they asked me to wait again. I left. I need to catch my train. Thanks Roll'd

I loved Roll'd Bahn Mi. I bought every morning when I still commuting to circular quay. This one is abomination for Roll'd brand. The grilled chicken filling is not enough. The veggies is full of carrots. There is no balance whatsoever. The taste is nothing other than soy sauce. The bread is bit soaky. Please fix it and I'm sure will comeback.

So I went to pick up a couple of rice paper rolls and I noticed the guy behind the counter taking the orders is managing the till, getting the drinks, having money with the same hand in gloves. The lady in front of me, he picked up her food from the trays with the same gloved hand...when my turn came I asked him to either change his gloves or get tongs to handle the food. He got some tongs. I got to the office, ate half of one and what the?? The corner of plastic packaging right in the middle of the noodles 🤨. Tried to call the number but kept ringing out....well needless to say that was my last roll'd order and so is for everyone else in the office.

Twice I have been here on different occasions and both visits were pretty bad. First time I brought some duck and the chicken rolls and no lies both flavours were filled with the 'jelly' part of the meat juices yuckkk, it was not pleasant to say the least. I had gotten them takeaway and didn't realised till I got home. All four straight in the bin! Went to give a second chance today I got 3 rolls and the girl with blonde hair who served me definitely would of known that 2 of the rolls were badly made/rice paper was so torn they were just shoved into a small box, I sat down in front of the shop, open my box tried to seperate them but couldn't, it turned into a deconstructed salad in the box. I was just about to get up and let her know but she was already getting and ear full from.another customer about the long wait for her soup and it was still cold. So I just left, didn't bother her and chucked all three in the bin AGAIN!!! Quality and customer service is not great at all and by the reviews already online something should be done about this. Such a waste of money.
