Review Kfc - Campbelltown

Waiting times are to long ..but you think nice fresh pieces unfortunately not the case, there was a couple of pieces that were clearly not fresh how long they had been sitting is the question and when you order a large meal you would expect at least a couple of big pieces of chicken not all small one's. Very disappointing. I should have gone back with it ..but I was now at home and considering the time and cost of petrol. It will be a very long time before I go back

It was okay, but disappointing. We had the bacon burgers, and as usual, they looked nothing like their photo, and were a bit dry. Could be better, could be worse, and not really worth what we paid.

When I went in there, the staff member doing the food order was tossing food that had dropped onto the bench on the floor. That poses a slip hazzard and a lack of care and cleanliness. The chips had enough salt on it for 3-4 times the amount and was basically uneatable.

Waited 20mins for two Zinger Burger meals, finally got them ,one wasn't even a Zinger and 1 peice of dried up chicken and no Wicked wings. The bun on my one felt like it had been microwaved , very dry. So many staff doing nothing , two staff even ordered in Uber Eats whilst they were sitting at the tables , good advertising. Never again.

I ordered 2 zinger boxes and I got home and realised I had the completely wrong order given to me, I had a box with mixed chicken and a box with 4 dinner rolls… so I decided to drive back because I didn’t get anything I ordered. When I tried to explain the problem to the first person they told me to go to the window and they will fix it up, then I get to the window and the girl then tells me to go to the next window for them to sort it out… so now it’s been 40mins since I first paid, and the manager finally speaks to me at the last window but is acting like I must be lying or something, before finally just giving me my zinger boxes I didn’t think it would be this difficult to get my order fixed, ridiculous for me to be pushed to the next person 2 time and then in treated like I’m the nuisance. Maybe I should have just eaten the dinner rolls and cut my losses…

Just had the worst experience of fast food "apparent" customer service frm the shift manager Chanelle. Very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, accusatory, yells at customers and team members. Yes KFC you are a fast food chain but that doesn't mean you have to have/allow/enable low level customer service experienced team members representing your Brand.

The food is great, but occasionally my order was incorrect as some items were missing. But the food always tastes great.

Did not enjoy with my bucket which was 60% rib cage, no breast peices and a gross kidney that I spat out as it should have been removed from the carcass. Placed a complaint and have not been contacted to date.
