UNSATISFACTORY IN COVID TIMES.
Waiting for my order in the Red Rooster restaurant Campbelltown, I noticed that 3 of the 7 people that I could see on duty Thursday 6th Jan 2022 working there were not wearing masks at all, the other's had masks covering their mouth only.
I almost cancelled my ord
Located within restaurant hub in Campbelltown, Red Rooster has definitely lifted their game by adding fried chicken range original and spicy options. Unlike KFC, their fried chicken don't taste much salt and oil. I love their friendly customer service, too.
2nd time , looks like these guys re fry their chicken to warm it or just stale food served..
Pathetic. The difference between a good and bad franchisee. No wonder this joint is always empty.
The food is fine, but I would not do food delivery here. They will make you wait and till all the customers in store and drive through finish, then they start the meal.
Kept telling me to wait while i stood in store as new people came through the drive through. After the third time I walked out. Looks like my monthly red rooster visit not gonna be at this store any longer. Hopefully the shutters come all the way down soon.
Just brought food asked if it was hot they said yes but it was cold for the second time but the birds enjoyed it
Love their new crispy fried chicken, the staff are friendly and helpful.
