Review Bar Mercato - Campbelltown

This place is one of the best Italian cafés in Adelaide. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the staff. The Breakfast menu was not that extensive, but the sexy croissants blinked on us. The freshly made croissants were amazing. Coffee was excellent too. Exactly what you expected from Italian cafes. There's a sort of supermarket in the same building as the cafe. Lots of variety of Italian ingredients, snacks, cheese, etc. The only thing to mention is this place is slightly pricey compared to many other supermarkets and cafés. Bottom line, if you're into Italian-type environment and price is not a big deal for you, this is a must place to go.

This is a regular lunch spot for us and we generally love the food and service. However since the "table service" has come into play the service aspect has gone downhill. Our order was forgotten and we waited quite a while our coffee was cold and drank by the time our cakes came. The food was good I had eggs with broccoli and my boyfriend had the beek cheeks which were delicious.

Having pizza for breakfast is bit unusual, but it's absolutely delicious, perfect match with fried egg. Love it. Coffee are well made. High recommended.

Nice cafe with a range of authentic Italian food to choose from. Love the pumpkin & zucchini lasagna and the pizza slices. Packed an orange & pistachio pastry for afternoon tea and it was delicious! Will definitely go back and explore the grocery store.

Amazing selection of Italian delicacies, good sandwiches and desserts. Definitely a must visit if you are in the area and looking for Italian ingredients for you next meal.

The staff are wonderful and friendly. Yes Mercato has high standard. Yes well set up. It has a Deli section. Dry goods such as pasta, it like little Market place. Then the cafe to relax with family and friends.Hooray. It very popular.There is carparking available. More Car Parking available at Campbelltown Shopping Centre.

The place was so busy, but it was so easy to see why. The food was great and the service was so very friendly, particularly the young lass who served us at our table. I could have given her a hug if appropriate.

One of our favourite brunch spots. Amazing pastas, pizzas and Italian sweets. Coffee is superb. Place does get packed quick especially now with the restrictions, but we usually are able to get a table in 10 or 15 min. While waiting, why not browse their vast selection of Italian goods?

We have been going here for years.....The food & coffee is just so yummy.....The staff are always warm & friendly.....The only problem is we always spend too much money on too many temptations lol....X

Excellent food, friendly staff. Very busy on a Saturday morning but coffees were quick and food not much longer. Well done staff.

There's nothing like returning to a place you thought might not have changed to really see how different things had become. I haven't been in the area for fourteen years and today I felt transported straight to Verona. Immaculately presented, beautiful food and coffee and most importantly wonderfully friendly staff. They say you never get a second chance to make a first impression, today's experience ensures I will be back soon! Bellissimo.

Very friendly staff. Even the bosses get you served or what you want. Can be busy but worth going to. I go there mainly for lunch with my partner. We have pizzas and iced coffee. Then we shop for the sliced meats and cheese, huge range.

Wonderful food and great service if your looking for authentic Italian food this is the place also has a food market for everything Italian

Great home style Italian cuisine, staff who enjoy what they do and care, and a relaxing ambience. The deli and specialities one of the best in Adelaide.

First time lunch experience - amazing arachini balls but was disappointed with pizza which was not really hot - not nice eating lukewarm pizza - but will definitely be going back just for the arachini balls😋

I don't call in here often enough! Stopped for some top class pizza ingredients and as usual, the staff were fantastic. Extremely helpful and took the time to talk me through different options for what I was after. Sliced some meat especially for me and gave some great suggestions on different toppings to try. There is nothing like Mercato for old fashioned service! Keep it up.

They could use some manners when they mix the orders up yes originally we gave wrong table but once we told them the right table we were still scolded like children not just us but the table that they thought it went to never have I been more disgusted in customer service we should never have been spoken to like that such arrogance is best left at home not in customer service !!!

Love this place. Only gave it 4 � coz I drove all that way, and no Porchetta sandwich on the menu��. Will go to 5� when it's back on. ����

Very busy place, only had a quick coffee and bought some beautiful small goods. Coffee was good but would suggest you need to book as was pretty packed when I went around 11am, next time I'll try when it's quieter so I can get a table, looking forward to tasting a meal there next time! Good job 👏🏻 😊

First time at Mercato yesterday. Had the most amazing breakfast cooked to perfection. Loved the idea of shopping at your fingertips after your meal.
