Review Elk & Pea - Canberra

Excellent Brunch place, I really good find! Friendly staff and owner, food was excellent. I recommend the elk benny with bacon and chorizo. They serve mimosas and even made my hubby an Irish coffee which wasnt on the menu. If you are in Canberra check this place out

Had a great dining experience here with some friends. They have a range of well curated dishes that scream out comfort food especially during a cold winter night. Highly recommend the Lamb Shank and the Southern Chicken. The staff were very friendly and took really good care of us even though it was a busy night. They also have a well stocked bar with a great range of wines.

We were just staying the day in Canberra and we went to this restaurant for lunch. Every staff member was very welcoming and Leeroy helped us with a few recommandations about what we should do for the day. I had steak and fries with pepper sauce, the steak was super tender, the fries golden and crispy, and the sauce pretty good! Leeroy also offered us some homemade chili sauce, we loved it. Would recommand easily!

Delicious, unpretentious, Awesome service! Cosy atmosphere, with quirky decor and furniture. The staff made you feel at home straight away and were attentive and friendly. The food was hearty with large servings. A must try!

delicious food and drinks, but the tofu in the salad was a little salty. All good in total.

Amazing food and fantastic owner. Brussel sprouts with aioli, chicken wings and tostadas made a feast for us. Coffee is top notch as well! And on the top of that beautiful live music. Perfect spot.

One of the most satisfying breakfasts I've had. A bit pricey but worth it. Ordered the B&E and the Chorizo & Stuff. Staff were friendly and service was good

The staff were so incredibly friendly I would go back just for them, but the food and atmosphere were also lovely. I ordered the vegetable fritters with citrus yoghurt (very tasty) and I'm looking forward to going back amd trying more of the menu.
