Gryphons Caffe Bar - Canberra - Photo album

Excellent pub, five stars.. Can talk easily, warm, comfortable, great service, and interesting history. An essential institution for Canberra and well worth a visit.
Excellent food at a moderate price. Went with a party of 12 and everyone enjoyed their meal. Two of us got a large pizza and only ate about a third of it. Big size and topped with ingredients which reach the edges, couldn't be happier. A lot of meals came with hand cut chips. I would recommend to
Great Mexican parmigiana, buffalo wings were steaming hot and very tasty with a siracha sauce. Few beers on tap for a brilliant Saturday arvo. Great time of day to go too as not many had the same idea as us.
Had lunch on a Monday afternoon. It was relatively quiet with only a few other patrons at the time. Orders are placed at the bar counter and food will be served/delivered to your table. Ambience was good, tv set was on mute with subtitles so you can still talk to each other without being drowned ou
Friendly staff and a responsible manager who figured what was wrong with our order and fixed it quick to make it right for our breakfast. Friendly staff and quick service with tasty food.
A nice place for a meal and a drink. I had a steak. It was well cooked and all the sides were very nice. Only negative no table service. Order at bar only.
Went for a work dinner. We had 3 course with alternate plates. The service was fantastic and the catered for all preferences
Nice atmosphere, good selection of craft beer on tap. Steak was a 6.5/10, a bit tough for a scotch fillet but still a good feed, chips and vegetables are on point (vegies could use a mild butter garlic sauce, but that's just fat me talking.)
