Asian Cafe - Canberra - Photo album

This restaurant had a very warm and inviting staff. There were groups of regulars in at the time my boyfriend I ate there for dinner. This is always a good sign at a restaurant. We had been turned away at another restaurant that night for not having a booking. I found this restaurant online and we h
I have relatively strict requirements regarding the ingredients in my meal. Staff was very professional, helpful, and they knew their products. I did not feel judged at all and the experience was quite painless (not usually the case). Meals came quickly, quality of food was quite good, and the taste
The staff are lovely and the food is tasty. They do a great job with work parties. The banquet was great for sharing and special orders were well accommodated. Really appreciate the honey roasted peanuts and after meal mint chocolate. Great service. The takeaway from the bain marie is also delicio
The staff are super helpful and offer great service. That is the only good thing now. The laksa is bland, very oily and has way too much fish sauce (it is pretty much all you can taste). The few veggies in it are over cooked to the point of being mush, and somehow the carrot slices were extremely
Not very happy 😔. The food was just okay but worst of all my coeliac friend asked specifically which meals were gf (pretty important with this disease! ) and another allergic to crustaceans only to be told all gf and no crustaceans. .. then I saw the battered prawns 🤔
The food is very nice, but service takes forever. Went on a 1 hour break, food was no where near ready by the time I had to leave. Server gave me the takeaway version of my dish when I had to leave.
Good cheap feed. They put way too much onion in some dishes. A friend who doesn't like onion set the pieces aside from his takeaway box. There was more than a whole onion.
Food was very good but a little pricey for lunch.
