Its simple do visit Solita Pizzeria based in the heart ❤️ of Canberra city.
USP of this place is the crispy base from 🔥 firewood pizza.. you can't go wrong at all. I really enjoyed their Fungi pizza. If you are garlic food Lover you would just love it.. it is infused with mushroom, mozzarella and ricotta..soft slices of pizza do try!
Plus heaven for pasta lovers.. there are heaps of pasta options to try. In frame - Fettuccine Pollo E Fungi.. which is Chicken breast, mushrooms 🍄 baby spinach, caramelised onion 🌰 its mouthwatering 🥰 along with it for entree wood fired garlic & chilli 🌶 prawns 🍤 Do it give it a try!! Amazing place for Italian food in Canberra. The best was the Gnocchi. I’d be frank that it is hard to find such Gnocchi. The pizzas were awesome too.
Staff was very friendly & the best thing was that when we requested to order an additional dish after their kitchen was about to be closed, they still willingly said yes which is rare for most restaurants.
I’d recommend anyone to visit this place for their trip to Canberra for sure.

What a gem of a place for a good quick meal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was first rate. It was exceptional value for the quality of the food. The only downside is that is somewhat noisy - so enjoy a quick meal rather than a romantic long dinner.
We shared a Calamari Fritti as an entree - exceptionally cooked. We each then had a pizza which for us, quantity wise, was overkill. Left feeling somewhat over eaten. But the pizzas were delicious - especially the prawn and chorizo.
The pastas looked greet - we will be back and next time the squid ink seafood pasta is in great danger of being eaten.

Vibrant dining environment with great service. The food was ok although some dishes lacked a bit of seasoning. However, the drink was a bit disappointing. I ordered a cup of Mocha, but finally got a Milo ish drink. The cocktail was a bit overpriced. In addition, I would recommend to turn on the AC when the dinner session is full-house. It’s beneficial to prompt the air ventilation and indoor thermal comfort in the early summer, especially under the Covid theme.

Such friendly staff! Went out of their way. Busy on a Tuesday night which is nice to see. The pizza dough was fantastic, rich flavour and chewy texture, very traditional. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options! Including vegan cheeses on pizza. Very impressed.

The margarita pizza was so good! The staff were pleasant and it all came out very timely. I wouldn't rush back from the gnocchi. It was pretty squishy and quite eh. But the pizza, oh my lord! That was such a good Marg. Would go back to try out more of the pizzas.

Came here for the Nutella pizza and tbh was fairly underwhelmed.
The base was a little undercooked and there was nowhere near enough Nutella, which is crucial for a dessert pizza given that it's the main topping.
So felt like I was eating bread with a tiny bit of chocolate flavour. Strawberries were unripe as well.
The classic pizzas look typically Neapolitan so if you like that this is your place!

We own a Slice pizzeria in Burleigh heads and Byron bay, when I walked into the shop and seen the same flour we use, I was already impressed. The place was amazing. Exceptionally clean and thought out. The owner Joe and his staff were very friendly and was happy to share his knowledge and years of wisdom. You can feel there passion for the art of pizzamaking and it shows. The pizzas are outstanding and it reflects with there flawless reviews. I really love everthing about this place and it was an absolute privledge to meet one of the owners behind it.

Best pizza in Canberra. It took me back to when I was in Naples. Ordered for our family and we all loved every bite. Can't go wrong with authentic pizza bases and excellent fresh ingredients. Can see why it has won all its awards and a tick of approval from Naples itself. Yum!

If you are looking for pizzas and pasta around the city, this is your place. It’s always buzzing. Portions are generous and the pizza base is delicious. Service can be abit manic at times but they are friendly. They have a large menu sure to please anyone! I really enjoyed my romana pizza.

Solita Pizza and Pasta Bar is a joint venture between Braddon’s Pasta’d and 10 inch Custom Pizzeria. The restaurant is located on the corner of East Row and London Circuit, right near the Civic bus interchange at Bailey’s Corner. We were told that the pizzas are now 12 inch rather than 10.
