Had to wait for 8 minutes to get my takeaway salad with only 2 patrons in premises.
Staff were friendly and efficient and there was a good vibe in the restaurant. Four stars because we went throught the awkward process of ordering from the QR code on the table (3 meals), hit 'pay' and *then* the app informed us it wasn't operational. I feel like the QR codes should have been remove
I usually love grilld but this one was awful. I ordered a vegetarian burger and when I came out it was completely burnt so I asked them to replace it. When the replacement came out i took a bite and it was real meat. As someone who’s never tried meat before this was very upsetting and disturbing. Pl

This guy commented on my game on the way out of the store commenting “assassins creed valhalla good choice!” (or something along those lines). If you are the guy who said that thank you you made my day.
Food was delicious but there was a staff member with horrendous body odour and every time they walked past or tended a table the smell was horrifying and lingered for a few minutes. Totally ruined my food. Can’t see how you would let a staff member there who smelled so bad.
Bun too hard but that’s easy to fix: do not warm them or replace for other softer options.That’s part of the texture and texture takes great part in taste. Apart from that the burger was very good. Staff was very friendly and food served timely despite the fact that the venue was busy.

Impossible that the impossible isn’t meat. Authentic taste and texture that we all love.
The staff was amazing even on the holiday weekend. Impressed how other wait staff asked if we needed anything when our waitress was inside.
Outdoor seating is exposed but still protected from the weather.
