Caph's Restaurant & Cafe Bar - Canberra - Photo album

The character of this place is great and it has an intimate 1920s vibe. The food is bang on average. The service is attentive. The indoor tables are well spaced so even when it gets busy you can still hear/chat with your company.
Great location, staff were very friendly and polite. Homemade beef pie was absolutely fantastic, and washed down with a Guinness. I’m looking forward to visiting again for breakfast
Racial profiling at it's best. Absolutely disgusted by the behavior. The premises is vintage and so is the attitude of the people within, the only thing missing is a board saying "WHITE FOLKS ONLY" *The whole situation seemed right out of a hollywood movie ( in a bad manner) where outsiders arrive i
Been to Caphs a few times, I ordered the thai soup, salmon benny and also a waiter’s recommendation: The honey glazed pork cutlet. Upon arrival to the table, there’s an aroma of honey. The cutlet was nice, tender and moist.
The food never disappoints! Great menu selection any time of the day. Casual, relaxed dining inside or out. Has a comfortable homely feeling inside & plenty of space. Staff were friendly & attentive. This restaurant receives top stars!!
Very easy going, great food, and they allow BYO ✌
Great 1920s style and atmosphere. Service very friendly. Let down by the food. Coffee… mine was good my partners long black was cold. Toast was barely toasted, scrambled eggs overdone.
Its always a questionable indicator when surrounding restaurants are full and one is empty but i gave them a go. I ordered a glass of house red (14 Dollars charged and sirloin 38 dollars) The wine came fast enough also the steak unfortunately it was "firm" although ccoked well enough it was hard cu
