Redsalt Restaurant is inside the Crown Plaza hotel and is great for breakfast buffet but is expensive. They have a great selection of meats, cheese, granola, fruit 🍉, stewed tomatoes 🍅 and mushrooms 🍄, bacon 🥓, sausage, ham, eggs, along with coffee, tea, and juice.
Very disappointing experience. Had to flag staff down to order and chase where things were. Took forever to get the meal. The bread for starter arrived after our mains. Meals were not hot, bordering on cold. Warm chocolate brownie for dessert arrived cold. Had to be sent back. Very disorganised with
since we were staying in the crowne plaza, we decided on dinner at redsalt since most restaurants are a 15min walk away. it seemed that the majority of staff working were new or being trained which made for some small mistakes but nothing problematic. staff from the bar came over and took our drink
Food was okay, but nothing special. There are definitely better options available for the same money. Service was good and very friendly.
After dining here tonight, I can say I wasn't disappointed. Our waiter was attentive but not overwhelming, we definitely didn't feel pestered. Went to this place as it was in our hotel and the menu looked good. Overall, the meals were not great. The share main menu idea is good but it does need to come to the table looking a little better than a RSL lunchtime special.The other issue was that with the two times we visited, the wine came out

The kitchen is open until 2200h on Friday nights. All floor staff are warm and accommodating. Coffee is good, mostly because it tastes like coffee. Dinner dishes are great. The salmon and chirizo salad entrée is my current favourite.
