Nice ambience, quick service but last time I was there with my colleagues the food wasn’t fresh, warmed up pakora that was made few days back, even though they didn’t charge for that I was hoping for a nice tasting pakora.
I would rate this higher if it wasn't for the rotten Bonda balls. I had diarrhea for over 24 hours.
Food was fantastic. I had the banquet, which was quiet reasonably priced. The vindaloo was delicious and the butter chicken was a massive hit. One of the best Indian restaurants I've been to.
Service was terrible, though. The waiter was disinterested, he didn't want to give us certain lunchtime spe
This is our go-to place for dinner when we visit Canberra. Was actually recommended to us by my Indian brother in law and never fails to delight. The food is delicious and comes in generous servings. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient. It has a nice atmosphere too and is right
Not much variety in lunch menus. Been seeing the same menu for last 18 months and also the portions are small in comparison to other restaurants I tried in the same area. They could do well with better menu and better service. Good thing here is they have the best Haywards 5000 beer.
Great Menu, a great variety of Authentic Indian dishes, flavours were spot on and at awesome prices. Definitely a favorite and highly recommended. Clean restaurant and fast service. Can't go wrong
Good tasty Indian food, reasonable prices (mains <20). Can be spicy, have to ask for less spice if you are so inclined.
Some of the seating is out in the "lobby", so to speak, which is noisy and has people walking past. If the restaurant is nearly full, the lobby seating is the only part available.
I always like going to this place. The food is always excellent and in generous proportions. Usually I go for lunch for the specials, but occasionally will pop up on a Friday night for a late dinner.
The vegetarian options here are particularly good.
