Nachos was okay. Beef burrito was way too salty. Couldn't finish it. And it still is hurting my throat.
There is this big hard and sharp bone inside the fish burrito. So glad that I dug in with cutlery, or it could hurt pretty bad if I accidentally swallow it.

Great location to have healthy food. Good staff and seating arrangement, however, it would be great if they have had a bit more space in the seating and ordering area. So that Dine in customers can enjoy their time.

Food was good as usual! But had a weird encounter when picking up my food and I ordered online and picked up. Had the same order number as someone else and had the wrong one and spoke to a lady who just tried to shun me away basically which wasn't great but eventually checked again and it so happens the system can produce two of the same order so be aware.

I didn’t expect such a bad service from here. The crew with no basic knowledge how to treat the customers. Talking about crew even manager have no knowledge about treating the customers. The rudeness level were at the top. Made me order something I didn’t want. I had burrito card which says i can order anything equivalent to the amount. I was not eligible for cash however i was eligible to order anything from the menu which adds up to the amount or more. The girl and even manger said sorry it’s a new rule we can’t give you anything else but bowl or burrito. Please take time and explain what card actually says.

Went back ask staff it’s brown rice ? They 100% confirmed it is… Obviously, that it’s normal white rice ..

Have been going to this GYG for ages :) Gotta be one of the best go-tos for a quick lunch. Can get pretty busy at meal times, but it’s easy to chuck in an order online with the app - just make sure to ask a staff member at the front when you come to pick it up.
They don’t go light on the toppings and pulled pork is always 👌 Also don’t get any weird browning vegetable bits or soggy wraps I’ve had at other GYGs, everything is peak fresh. I’ve been here way too much and have never had a bad experience. I drag everyone I know here to convert them to enchiladas.
Seriously can’t go wrong with this GYG chain, at least has to be the best in Canberra.

Overall a good experience for all us 8 people , 2 families for a quick crunch on our way back to Sydney this evening..

My son is a fan of Guzman ,, we frequent to Blighpark and Parramatta,.. ofcourse needless to say it's our first option when we are looking for quick bite on our trip's.
Surprisingly all of us felt the brown rice isn't to the satisfaction this evening, in all the orders and chicken too is a bit let down this time..
Of course this wouldn't stop is going back 😊 to other Guzman's..
This place is neat and tidy , being busy place in city centre...

Just ordered a nachos through deliveroo and received incorrect nachos and the portion is about half the size as normal. Very unimpressed.

On Thursday 31st December I went to the store at the Canberra Centre. As they were a bit busy we were under pressure to order quickly. I ordered the enchilada with pulled pork for myself and the Nachos for my daughter. We then waited about 5 minutes before the food was served by very polite and attentive staff. The Nachos were very good. After eating about a quarter of my enchilada my mouth was burning. One of the staff noticed me struggling (WELL DONE) and I asked if this was always this hot? They explained that as I ordered the Pulled Pork Chipotle (Spicy) yes it was hot. They then offered to replace it with any other meat for me. They insisted this would be at no charge even though I openly acknowledged that it was me who had made the error in ordering. Within another 5 minutes I had a new enchilada which was absolutely beautiful.
These staff went above and beyond the required service level. I will be back and will have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends. WELL DONE

Guzman y Gomez buys its chickens from Lilydale Farms. Lilydale Farms has a long record of underpaying workers and has the ACCC found its definition of 'free range' chicken was quite suspect. Google 'Lilydale Farms underpay' or 'Lillydale Farms ACCC'.
Sorry, the food was good but I won't be coming back.
