Everyone enjoyed their meals, with my partner saying his steak was the best he had eaten in a long time. I had the ravioli which was a good sized serve and very tasty.
The only issue we had was that the steak only comes with one side and you need to pay $5 for sauce. We were expecting two sides with sauce included, especially given the price.
Steak with chips on a plate is very strange presentation given the price of the meals.

A nice little restaurant, with a cover for about 40-50 people, and a good steak menu on offer. I often heard people asking for Wagyu beef but it wasn't on the menu. Personally, had a meat pasta and it was quite good. Good wine choices as well. 5 star to the service staff as its managed by only 2 people, who also managed the bar between them. Good ambience, nice music and pleasant staff is always a positive.

Mouthwatering steaks at reasonable price in Canberra.
A1 hospitality service. Highly recommend this place for strakes or seafoods dinner. I personally love steak and have been there so many times and never disappointed with their food quality and hospitality.
If you are in Canberra and craving for steak, you should give it a try.

The steak was averagely good for a high price on the Sunday night. The interior design was good but not a blast. The service was quick and the staff were friendly.

5/5! If I could give Manuka Steakhouse more stars I would. We got takeaway from here tonight. We got a mixed grill for two, prawn pasta, veggies, sweet potato fries and mushroom sauce. It was all to die for!
Especially because we didn’t eat in and got it for takeaway, my partner and I were very, very happy with the quality of the meals (and the steak was cooked to perfection). Thanks Manuka Steakhouse, we will be back.

Decent sized portions of food, steak and chicken were both well cooked. Service was friendly. Decor bit dated, service was friendly.

I'm not going to lie, I walked into Manuka Steakhouse with low expectations. The decor is a little strange, their menus are extremely dated, and their furniture is like something out of a cheap coffee shop. However, the 300 gram Angus Scotch Fillet was perfectly cooked, as was my partners, and they came out quickly.
I was fairly let down by everything else though, the wine list was pretty abysmal, no cocktail list at all, and the mashed potato that came with my steak was extremely dry, and the service was chaotic.
All in all it wasn't TOO expensive with a meal for two plus a glass of wine each coming out to around $120, but not sure if I'd go again purely based on everything except the quality of the steaks, which again were good.

I'm no food snob, and I'm happy with simple classic food as long as it is cooked well! The best thing about the entire meal was the hot Chips that came with out daughters meal! They had no zucchini flowers, then they inform us the coffee machine out of order. The aircon was blasting and we were in coats and scarves inside! Entree came out out and waiter held plate on angle and food fell off onto table! Scallops weren't fresh and the popcorn prawns were just balls of deep fried batter!
Then the mains came out and the marinara was dry and seafood not fresh! The mussel shells were empty!
Just a horrible experience. It was hard Parting with my hard earned cash on such a shocking meal which we couldn't eat!

Very disappointed, the place I generally get a feed in Manuka was full so I walked across the road get a steak at the steakhouse, got a seat quickly and ordered a cattleman ribeye, when the steak arrived it looked OK until I tried to cut into it, it was full of gristle and hard going, even with the steak knife supplied, after a few mouth fulls and lots of chewing I saw something hanging out the side of the steak, it was string! I extricated the remainder from the circumference of the steak, there was a good portion missing, probably in my stomach by now. I couldn't finish the rest, lost my appetite.
Also, whats the deal with serving coleslaw with all steaks? its 3 degrees in Canberra and the steak doesn't come with salad... weird🤔

This is a best steak house around the ACT. Great food and service. You won’t be disappointed. I had dinner siriloin steak so yummy. Also sauce is great taste.

Ordered beef burgers with no egg through Uber eats, delivery was great and prompt but the burgers we got were steak burgers with egg, hardly any lettuce and they were sloppy with soggy buns making it difficult to eat or enjoy, overall not very impressed won't be ordering again.
