Was hoping to get more than leaves and and lettuce when I pay $10+ for a chicken n avo salad, little chicken, no avocado and no other veggies. My friend had the same problem, got the schnitzel salad and got nothing but chicken and greens.

We very dissapoint to be back our normal customers . Bought 1 Late and 2 cuppuccino but 2 cuppuccino are same as late. Aksed them why cuppuccino have no foan milk they said are foam

Very disappointed with the quantity, got the avocado and chicken salad there was barely any chicken and avocado in it. Soul origin needs to start training there staff members not to pick and choose every chicken piece they put in the box. It was better before.

I am an essential worker in Belconnen, so buy food often. I like the options soul origin provides and I have the app, so I decided to come here on many occasions. And everytime the customer service is terrible.
During lockdown (September - October 21), there would be 1 girl in the store. And she was always eating her own food during lunchtime (which is peak service hours). Then they would close at a different time everyday and she would always open late. One time I kept waiting to be served and she had called her friend over and was busy chatting.
But, did not review as it was a tough time for all businesses during lockdown.
Then after lockdown I decided to use my 5 dollars that had accrued in app, but staff member told me that it won't be honoured as I had not redeemed within 1 week. Great! So app is useless compared to other food brands.
Then today again I tried to get lunch, but the girls at the counter were busy chatting, completely unaware that I am waiting. Just take too long to serve and u attentive.
Makes me wonder if they get paid below customer service standards? Because the service from all staff is bad. But the worst was the girl who was given charge of the store during lockdown. I have given up on this store unfortunately.
