Overall enjoyed our stay. Could do with some maintenance checks. Our room was very roomy with good heating. Nice outlook over golf course. Quiet, and slept well. Light rail nearby. Food was fantastic, we were disappointed the restaurant wasn't open very often so check that out.

Staff were amazingly friendly... Room - value for $$$. However, the bathroom was not cleaned properly and we still had used towels from last guest.. I cleaned the shower as the soap dish was filthy.. When we moved the couch there was rubbish under neath.

Villa's a bit tired, pricey. Caters to golfing goldies. A tree branch scraped the carpark's metal roof all night so better take your hearing aid out. Bed's comfy, water's hot, towel's thick.

Good price range, given keys to room 18 but carpet was in real need to be replaced, pretty grotty. Called and asked if had another room available given 16 and that appeared to have a new carpet so looks like they are on it, good bathrooms and showers beds and bedding clean. Worth the $

The bunkers were in almost unplayable condition, absolutely rock hard and lots unranked (I understand it can be hard with COVID rules but this was noticeable bad)
Also there was no warning when booking or at the pro shop about the aerating greens and were covered in sand, some which were not rolled so a typically 20m putt would go about 8m. I would normally be fine with these but with no warning from the shop and without discount it's frustrating, especially for $45

A hidden gem.a good motel in quiet location despite being on the main road into Canberra. Rooms well appointed and with kitchenette. Guests had access to full club families bar and restaurant. Early check in recommended as Club office closes by 5

The first impression of a golf club is the staff in the pro-shop. The 3 gentleman in this pro-shop are rude, unhelpful and outright degrading in how they treat people. If Yowani wants to be a premier Canberra golf club, they need staff in the shop that treat members and guests with respect.
The course itself was fantastic, rough was thick & fairways narrow. Greens played true all day - this is a testament to the green keeping staff. Keep up the good work.
Club house is tired, but there is a new master plan on display that looks to address this.
2 stars only on this occasion, could not go past the treatment in the pro-shop and won’t be back until I hear they have changed pro’s and staff.
