Can’t beat this place for the kids. Haven’t been here for decades and it’s missing a lot more than it use to in its prime but still has a lot for the kids, even my 8month old had a blast. Nice little intro of hands on science lab for the kids, stop motion class for the older kids and small kid area with water play is a great addition.

Absolutely amazing. The people working here have the best jobs in the continent. Ideal for middle and high school kids but equally good for all ages. You need to spend One whole day here if you are a science enthusiast. Love it. Coming back here once the kids have grown up a little.

We had a blast with this experience. Has alot to see and do and reminds me of the old powerhouse museum. I have only one criticism. Not staff in every room to control the room. There are signs for rules but the parents don't enforce it with their kids which slows down the experience for everyone else. Some waited 30mins for a turn on the 4way air hockey as an example. Other than that it was great to play with science things. Thankyou for a great day.

It's been decades since I have been here so I decided to bring my own kids here to enjoy what I enjoyed as a child. It's changed a lot - spacious, well run, and quite a lot of things to do. Very hands on with sanitisers at every activity. Pity the free fall exhibit was closed due to Covid - would have been fun for everyone!

Lots of fun activities for children. We were there at 10:45am on Saturday and lined up 5 min to purchase an entry ticket which was cheaper than purchasing online. When we left at 12:15pm no one was waiting to purchase tickets.

one of the most fun things you can do in Canberra. great for kids and family. but I also enjoyed it as an adult. if you want to go there, have to book ticket on their website a week or 3 days before, because most of the day the ticket will be sold out if you go there straight away, especially weekends.

Awesome science museum. Used to be a 5 star but it seemed a little lacking this visit. Plenty of fun for all ages. Educational and hands on.
