Takeaway order took almost 20 minutes to be ready and there were only a couple of people ahead of us.
Chips recycled - We got home to discover the chips were awful, they must have tossed stale leftover chips from lunch time back into the fryer along with the new ones. The brown ones were greasy, bone dry and hard, the yellow ones are okay (see photo).

Usually the food is pretty decent here, and the chips are really good. However sometimes you get a dud experience.. Whatever you do, do NOT splash out and buy a $7.50 thickshake! I ordered the salted caramel and it was barely even thick, and tasted like vanilla milk, hardly any flavour. Go to Domino's a few doors down and the salted caramel thickshake are amazing and around the same price (or cheaper)!

Since a recent change in management, I have modified this review from 2 stars to 5 stars.
After going back recently, I’m glad to see that the food quality has drastically improved, and I’m happy to say that I’m now a frequent customer once more.
The chips are always great, and the Casey Burger is a personal favourite of mine.
I now drop by here nearly once a week for an affordable and delicious dinner!

After reading the recent reviews, we were a bit apprehensive, but our hunger defeated the apprehension (bolstered by positive reviews relayed by the folks at the neighbouring coffee shop).
We can confirm that at 1pm on a Tuesday, the service was friendly and the burgers were great! Big, juicy burgers, not overdone at all, and the prices were most reasonable. Don't let those couple unhappy folks stop you from enjoying a good burger!

Placed an order over phone, they messed up and ended up waiting 40 minutes more. After waiting the chef came, apologized and handed me the order, which was very nice. But the wood fired pizza wasn't cooked properly and killed it all.

Never ordered here before and thought I would give it a go. All I can say is WOW - Chicken Burger was amazing and huge and could only eat half of it and the chips were perfectly cooked. If I want a burger again will be coming back to here. HJs and MACCAS never again for me.

Ordered a combo meal via menulog. There was no hot chips with my burger which is really disappointing. I tried to call the store at least 5 times to try and get a refund/voucher but they wouldn't pick up! Not going to order from here again, Horrible experience wouldn't recommend!!

I have had a burger from here which was lovely and fresh and tasted like an old fashioned burger. The chips and gravy are a favorite with the chips generally hot, crunchy and fresh. Does help to open the container on the way home though to stop the steam making the chips go soggy.
