Khukuri Cross Nepalese and Indian restaurant is one of those rare restaurants that serves a suitable light lunch for office workers. At other Indian restaurants I had felt bloated after consuming too much food. My favorite lunch fare is dhall (lentils) curry with chicken or goat curry served with basmati rice. A good size freshly deep-fried papadam is included with the meal. The restaurant has plenty of space and has a quiet atmosphere. The curries are so good that my daily goal is to look forward to my brisk 10 minutes walk to the restaurant in order to build up my appetite.

Delicious Nepalese Food! A great addition to the Canberra food scene. The goat curry is one of our favourite renditions of this dish going around. The chow mein dishes are also rich and full flavoured compared to the traditional Chinese chow mein. Highly recommend

Terrible service. Served the food like an hour late. And wen it finally arrived it was just like an average Indian takeaway ones. Also it was served in tiny quantities although the prices were quite high for a below average restaurant. Saw a very dirty and unhygienic kitchen while going to the rest room. Total waste and disappointment.

Terrible experience with them. Cancelled my order, they made me pay via direct bank transfer anyway, only to give me the wrong numbers and ask me to do it over again. Not impressed, especially considering it was frankly very average food.
