Pleasant experience here, the staff are helpful and courteous and your order is made in a timely manner. The burgers are always better at hungry Jack. Worst drive thru experience ever
15mins to enter drive thru and order last night. They told to wait in the waiting bay. Waited for more than 45min but no one came out. Went again to the drive thru and they are saying that my order is not system and they did not realised we were waited. Final

Been waiting for 20 minutes inside “not drive through” and still isn’t ready. The staff are rude and are neglecting there customers inside and only making orders for the outside drive through. Service is very slow. Need more staff. One person doing all the packing for drive thrue, dine in, take ways. Wait for 45mints for muffin and coffee.
Much better food than mcdonalds, except for the coffee. Love that they have vegetarian/vegan options as well and they're actually very decent.
For a little treat with the kids the soft serve is still available though not shown on any in store menu. Iced coffee was good but only after requesting them to add some caramel syrup as no sweetener was added when made.
