Bleachers - Canberra - Photo album

Huge lush chicken breast panko crumbed schnitzel. Fabulous chips. Had Tuesday schnitty and beer special. Stayed for trivia. Great night out
Sports bar located just on the main street in Civic. Large serving sizes and visually appealing however lackluster flavour, ingredients clearly not fresh and possibly thawed from frozen. We had the 1/2 rack and chicken Parmi. The rack was quite tough, almost like jerky. Sauce was tasty but could h
Good sports bar with heaps of screens for sports, good range of beers on tap (about a dozen or more), and wings are really tender and delicious. There other food, what I had anyway, was really good too. Definitely a good place to go for food or beer or sports, or all of the above. Staff are really w
As an actual sports bar this place is constantly disappointing. Staff seem to have little awareness sometimes of what sports are actually showing and don’t seem to know how to change/find channels half the time. No Paramount+ makes this place absolutely pointless for watching A-League. Good for bee
Honestly, best sports bar in Canberra. Great screens, always show the best sports (Aussie and US), great beer and excellent service (Sahas and Nate are awesome guys - Nates cocktails are as good as any high end cocktail bar). Love the food and music too.
So. I've actually been here quite a few times, but I've never actually eaten here. So today we were walking by and needed a quick bite. Time to check it out. We ducked in - it was busy - but not super busy. Quite a few people sitting down but enough space to grab a table. We ordered at the bar
The staff at bleachers are very friendly, and we’re able to quickly help me find some gluten free options, including one of the most delicious gluten free burger buns I’ve had yet. Kudos to the team for being flexible and responsive with dietary requirements.
Pros: amazing screens for sport, friendly staff, wide selection of beers Cons: Beers are EXPENSIVE. E.g. Asahi Black schooner was $14, while a couple of doors up at Edo Tori (Japanese restaurant) same beer is $11. I understand costs are rising, but that's almost 30% more. Even a VB schooner was $10
