Slowest service in Australia? It could well be after waiting in drive đźš— thru for 15 minutes. No apologies from staff regarding the wait either. Can understand there's renovation going on at the moment, but can't see how this would effect cook times

The coffee was way too hot (I used to be a barista, so I would know) and the food was slow to come out. The kid bringing out the food seemed to not make eye contact with anyone spending under $5, which is pretty rude but I found it quite humorous.

This most ridiculous McDonald’s in Canberra since the renovation. In excess of 15-20 minute wait times on drive through, inconsistent levels of customer service and constantly serving flat soft drinks that taste like soda water.

I've ordered 4 times from this particular store and have experienced an 100% error rate. Either something is missing or the wrong item provided.
Also are they trying to save money by not giving away napkins?

Attended at about 9:45am on a Sunday, it was a quiet, raining typical ACT day.
