As someone who has worked in the fast food industry before this store is severely understaffed for how busy it gets. The staff look like they are working really hard to give the best experience for customers, yet I have seen so many people complain and take it out on staff for things they can’t control. People need to realise that the place is being run by teenagers and there will be some mistakes made.

I wish there would be minus stars available for the service I received today. I have never experienced such kind of racism anywhere in Australia but the guy who gave me my order was so arrogant and bad and I can say worst guy ever. He threw my order on the table infront of me as if I am getting it for free. It was open and he did not even say my order number that its mine. What he think of himself that by doing this, he is looking cool. Truth is, he was looking very pathetic. MC Donalds should take action against such people. Zero customer service, vert bad attitude, never going to visit Canberra center McDonald's again.

My service this morning was pretty unwelcoming.
Staff didn’t seem motivated and the food wasn’t even warm after waiting 15 minutes for a McMuffin.
Manager was sitting down eating pancakes while customers needed to be served.

I literally was so thirsty for a drink I thought “Maccas should be the quickest and cheapest” 4 dollars? for a coke? They didnt even have frozen ones. I was waiting for a whole 15 minutes for a singular drink my number was 180 and they skipped passed me aswell and continued onto 190+. If I hadn’t gone to confront them about my order I predict I would have never received it. In addition the drink was flat and distasteful. If I had known about this experience I would’ve bought a drink at any other store.

This is the slowest McDonald’s I have ever seen, and I am well travelled with McDonald’s. Even the simplest of orders take a minimum of 10-15 minutes, I don’t know if it can be considered fast food anymore. I don’t blame the staff however management must be incompetent as it seems they are never properly staffed.

Ordered the new Diary Milk McFlurry only to be disappointed with how little chocolate sprinkle and chocolate topping the staff even put in!! I felt like I was eating a Sundae not a “Diary Milk McFlurry.” so disappointing and ruins the whole experience of the McFlurry experience at McDonald’s ….

The service was very slow and I ordered happy meals and it took me nearly half an hour to get that. Looks like enough staff but very long waiting.

I ordered a family meal take away. Found my nuggests were missing when I reached home. Quite disappointed. Make sure you check your meals if you order take away.
