Michel's Patisserie - Canberra - Photo album

Reasonably small but very spacious. It has a play area for children, and a very wide menu. They also offer coffee and tea as well as lunch items like sandwiches. They have a very nice range of cakes and pastries.
Becoming a regular thanks to the kids soft play here. The staff are polite and patient. My little one loves the babycino's here. Coffee here is pretty decent, always hot.
You ruined my Birthday. I purchased a cake from your shop for my birthday today and it was tasteless. There was no freshness in the cake and it was difficult to eat. Hope you guys will try selling fresh things instead of old and stale stuff and not just look for making profit.
Finally I found a place with a good coffee in Canberra. Great place for parents with kids.
Service was non-existent. Took forever for a simple order. Staff apologised once it finally came but isI go elsewhere for archive and coffee. If you can stand the walk go to Costco or Cafe Cherry Bean.
The pastries are dry, coffees are burnt and expensive, and far more importantly, staff manage to take your orders while barking at you without so much as a "please" or "thank you". Take your money elsewhere to a place where the staff know how to be civil.
I was a regular here for my morning coffees for years and these guys know how to make a great coffee, I changed jobs and now only go in occasionally when I can, not only do they remember me and my order they still deliver a great coffee.
A standard Michel's experience, the advantage here is the great kids playground. Makes grocery shopping that little but easier.
