I'd give you zero if I could. Worst customer service ever stay clear of this store. I thought I'd try the delivery service tonight and what a mistake that was. Food took over an hour to arrive. Called twice to check on order. Owner/manager was not in store and had phone diverted to her mobile. She said she'd call the store then call me back. 20 minutes later no call. So I called again she said the order was late because they ran out of chicken.....what chicken shop runs out of chicken.the
When the food finally arrived an hour later the order was incomplete no gravy, no corn, no chips. Total disgrace. Owner is so rude and arrogant the store needs closing down.

Waited ages to get my order and then received chips instead of 6 wings. Definitely check the clowns got your order right before leaving the store. It was also an absolute circus in the joint despite me being the only customer inside and only about 4 cars at the drive through.

The grounds were unkept with overgrown weeds, rubbish on the seats and in the car park.
Drive throu speaker box almost not functioning.
Drive thro window filthy dirty with signs stuck on with old sticky tape.
Staff presentation was poor
Attention to detail at this store is so poor I wonder if the food is the same.
Will never eat here again.

I give them one star for their very poor customer service.I bought chicken and chips from red rooster drive thru parked my car at a designated red rooster car park eating chicken and chips which I bought from red rooster One lady from red Rooster came and knock on the door and asked me to move my car from the car park I said it was a designated car park and I am eating chicken and chips bought from red rooster and showed her the box.Then another person came and asked me to leave i showed my red rooster box to him .This is not the way that they should treat their customers,These guys do not know what customer service is all about. They should be sent to a course to learn things.
Very poor .They interrupted me eating few times which I bought from them
Zero tolerance for their poor customer service.
Never recommend this place for anybody.

Was very excited to eat my Red Rooster chocolate mousse only to get halfway through and crunch down on a rather large flying insect. Not exactly the treat I was after. Do not recommend.

Always check your order. Without fail, my orders have always been incorrect; things missing, items that shouldn't be in the order. It's like the employees' are aimlessly guessing at what actually goes into each order. I like the food :). Service is abysmal :(

Really bad experience with red rooster today. Never ordering from the again. We have been waiting for over an hour for our delivery, when we called after half an hour they said it was on the way, 20 minutes later we called and they said it was on the way again and the driver just left? Waited another ten minutes and called and they said they were on the way but he had three other deliveries. By the way, still haven't got my food.

Classic roast smothered in thick gravy. Few overdone carrots, no pumpkin, one tiny blackened potato. Meal way too salty. Thew out most if it. Rarely visit there, but will never go again
