Clean standard looking McDonalds restaurant with a McCafe attached. Bathroom were also really clean. Good if you need a quick stop on your way through Canberra.

Food was ok and delivered fast at counter. It was a wet day outside and yes it was reasonably busy, but the filthy floors under the tables was not a good look! Bin was overflowing.

Wow... absolutely, hands-down the best Maccas food I ever ordered. The fries were warm, crispy and golden, lightly salted. The burger was made to perfection. And to top it all of it was the fastest order I have had in a long time too. Amazing!

The floors were filthy..with serviettes and chips littering under virtually all tables and tables had crumbs ,serviettes and drink stains on them.
I ordered and asked if someone could clean the tables but was told they were a bit busy at the moment to do that.
When I went back to collect my meal I asked the manager(I was told his was Hamish..as most staff were not wearing name badges) if he had time could someone clean our tables..but he said "yes..if I get time"..
The tables and floors were not clean when we left 25 mins later..
I mentioned this to one of the staff who said they had to serve customers first..
So I mentioned they would have no customers if the the rubbish on floor and dirty tables were not cleaned regularly
This outlet has gone downhill quickly over the last 12 months

Worst service ever! Bought takeaway and found 1 burger missing. Called up and they expect us to drive back there (13km) for 1 replacement burger.
Wife confront them and manager just said it's not my problem. Hope McDonald HQ read this!! This is your problem. You missed the burger not us!

Good location, lots of free parking. The chocolate shake tasted really bad though and we couldn't put anything into the bins since they were all full.
Suggest that you clear the rubbish bins more frequently.

It was a disappointment to be honest.
Restaurant was filthy and couldn't find some clean to sit down.
And then they mucked up the order...how hard is it to remember the sauce...
Lucky the hamburger tasted like to shld...otherwise it was 2 stars...

This is definitely the pick of the options between this one and the next closest at fyshwick (which is tiny and poorly set out). Staff here are friendly, it's quite large and an abundance of seating. There's a meeting room, its always clean and never seems to be crowded . Situated next to the bp service station so it's convenient as a stopover on longer trips. They do table service which is nice.
