Not gluten free, even though I checked. And soooooo slow! Then we had no cutlery, asked twice for our drinks, our entrée went to another table and we waited forty minutes for our mains. All that said, the food was very tasty. Had the dal goat curry, full of flavor! As a new restaurant they have a lot of work to do with their service. Might check back in a couple of months IF they are still there, there's a lot of options in this strip, so they have to step up their game.

I eat at Garnish Gungahlin regularly. The food is of a high quality and delicious. The wait staff are always friendly and professional and the restaurant is scrupulously clean. I would suggest to any prospective patrons that they totally ignore the spiteful "review" placed by the gentleman recently. I doubt he has ever been to the restaurant.

Quick and comforting service. Had the chicken korma, which was excellent, and found the butter chicken fairly decent. Would go again if feeling in the mood for Indian cuisine on the northside of Canberra.

Nice food but really terrible service and waiting period.
I was there once on Tue and all the staff were just focused on the delivery orders. There were only three table of people in the restaurant and none of them were served in time.
I waited for about 1 Hour to have our food finally served while it was completely NOT busy on that night... However before our food came up, the staff came to me and confirmed with us what we have ordered!!(Looks like they completely ignored our orders while we had sit there for 1 hour!) The main reason is all the staff and chefs were just concentrated on their delivery orders.
If you just want to look after delivery services, why do you open a restaurant and intake walk-in customers?
Will never go there again!

Consistently delicious take away. I love their palak paneer. Can order via Menulog app. Food is generally ready within 30 minutes for pick up. Newly refurbished restaurant has an elegant feel (but I wish the Muzak style music was at a lower volume). Staff are delightful and diligent.

I went in my break at school for some garlic naan bread (which is really tasty). I forgot my wallet but the staff kindly gave it to me for free! I went and paid for the naan bread later even though they said it was not necessary. Best service out of all the Indian restaurants in Canberra I have ever come across, this place is so underrated!

Service was good but the food was below average. Goat curry was not cooked fully and was hard to chew. Paneer was not up to standard. This restaurant needs lot of improvement.
