Great shop don't get me wrong loved the antiques, but in this store works a blatant racist! I was peacefully browsing through what they had in stock and a worker asked me (a BLAK/Aboriginal the only dark skinned person in there) what I had in my jumper pockets I told her it was just my bottle of coke from lunch that I couldn’t fit into my bag and she proudly proceeded to say that she wasn’t accusing me of stealing but there has been stealing happening, In my hand was $50 to buy a small bowl for $8 but asked if I had taken anything anyways!! So yeah moral of this story this shop is not poc friendly and thanks you salty c*nt for ruining my day as if it wasn’t already bad for me being nervous my first time in a big city and people like you ruin the whole experience!!!

Very nice vintage shop, nice products with a good price. Highly recommended.

The shop would be wheelchair accessible if it weren't for all the things artfully placed in the way. Once you get past the front door you have almost enough room to turn around and go back out and that's all.
This isn't a case of the landlord refusing to go through the expense of updating accessibility. Nor did ta big gust of wind fly in and accidentally put all their items in the paths of wheelchairs. This is a store taking an accessible space and making it inaccessible. Weather it was ignorance or malace, this is what they chose.

Yet another good customer disappointed!!! An appalling service! The attitude of the manager and the way she speaks is unbelievably rude.
The treatment is unfair. Their are obviously better customers than others…
I have noticed more than once that they are talking about me, while I was in the store.
Shame it’s the only store in Canberra like this to shop in.

Used to love this store. I’ve bought hundreds of items from here but recently they’ve started false advertising with records. Putting a whopping price of 10 dollars each for a second hand which are mostly horrible quality records covered In scratches. The records all have individual prices on them of much less and those labels were from when they were sold brand new. I told the lady that the prices says they’re much less and she said “yeah I wouldn’t buy them either”.
Massive shame because I found some records I would’ve loved to have in my collection but I won’t buy from here anymore and support their overpriced items. Especially considering they don’t buy them in the first place. I’d rather go to salvos or Vinnies and spend 60 bucks on 60 records then 60 on 6 with the green shed.

Hello, good afternoon, yesterday my father went to visit that place in the City, he had a bad experience, the young people who were in customer service began to laugh at him and shout monkey that is not an appropriate behavior to give customer service and That in my opinion is rasismo, which is punishable by law. My father felt very bad and left, it would be helpful if they had people who have more respect for other people, thank you very much.

I had the greatest experience here- they have a really good collection of clothes, books, CDs, records, shoes and vintage stuff. Clothes are assorted by colours. I had some great finds there- some band t-shirts. They were $5 each. The books were $2 each. Also, the lady at the counter was the nicest ever!

There's always something interesting or beautiful to buy here, and the staff are always friendly.
