There are hundreds of phó restaurants in the area. Most are very good but what makes this place great is the broth! Best in town!
Highly recommended; excellent service and absolutely delicious food! A favourite place of mine and I'm a regular visitor ;) <3

Very friendly owner
They remember our usual order. (Husband and I)
We eat here atleast once a week. 😁😁
Best Pho in Australia by far... have been coming here on a regular basis for years and have tried many places but nothing compares to Pho Lam. Love their homemade satay also... Yum!! We try to visit on a weekly basis to feed our Pho craving.
Been living in the area for over 15 years and never tried it until 3 years ago. By far the best pho around with good pricing. Nothing flashy, just good viet food.

It’s our first visit to Canley Heights, and we’ve got our nose to the ground, following a food trail. This adventure started with a recommendation from Tracey, a Vietnamese waitress at the Bayview Gladesville. The trail leads us an unassuming shopfront, with a bright LED sign assuring us we’d found the right place.Tracey recommended Pho Lam for their bun bo hue – a spicy noodle soup with beef, pork, pork trotters and blood jelly – but on the day we’re swayed by two signature dishes immortalised on menu cards in their window, endorsed by the Fairfield City Council. The first is a Seafood Combination Laksa ($13), which is rich, creamy and nicely spicy, filled with shredded chicken, prawns, calamari and broccoli. What we like even better however is the Bánh Canh Cua Chao Tôm ($12), a crab soup that hides wonderfully fat, chewy tapioca noodles. The noodles give the broth a...
[Revisit 26/08/15]Tried their laksa which is their signature dish for Fairfield City signature dish, the dish was Awesome and spicy the level of spice can be altered if you cannot handle HOT. However the stock and broth are delicious and not sickening, the seafood combination are blanched and finished off in the stock so it soaked up some of the broth .... Try Extreme spicy if you dare! But if you cant then ask for it to be mild .... as always until next time ... keep eating!!!!![Previous visit]This place has been here for over 20 years, to my amazement this place looks very typical Vietnamese between two other new restaurants.Chef Loan reinterpret Vietnamese southern flavours with her family in Vietnam to adapt to the western cultures here without losing the eccentric flavours from her home town. Her spring rolls are amazing and a few of her other dishes hits my favourite list.Recommended Dishes 1. Tapioca noodles with shredded chicken and crap soups (Added sugarcane prawns and sliced pork trotters) Awesome dish! 2. Dry sweet and sour noodles with pork and quail eggs (light dish) 3. Pho with brisket and add an egg yolk 4. Spring rolls (Must get!)Also get Vietnamese ice coffee or fruit shakes while your there, you will not regret! I also heard rumours that they will renovate soon to make it more modern. I cant wait !!!! Until next time .... keep eating!!!!
Very traditional pho, authentic and has to be one of the best in Canley Heights
We recently visited this old place in Canley Height and tried their signature dishes i.e. the rice noodle thick soup with crab, seafood and sugar cane prawn (cao tom), the complete beef rice noodle soup (pho dac biet) and banh xeo egg & bean sprout pancake. All dishes we ordered for lunch were good, especially the rice noodle thick gravy soup and the banh xeo.
Prices on menu are comparable with other Vietnamese places in the area, but you can only pay by cash. Ambience and customer services are limited because this is just a small casual eatery, though their food quality are quite good.
Amazing food always. Spacious restaurant with plenty of staff
Dam tasty pho
Reputation for this place is good
I can see why
We drive across sydney to eat here
Staff are friendly too
Lovely family business
Above average pho, very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Old style decor reminds me of when I was little. Comfort food in a comfortable setting.
Great pho. Good service.
One of the best pho places I've been to.
Thr soup/broth has strong flavours. Doesn't have that msg taste or blandness that many other pho places have.
This is one of the few pho places I go to where I don't feel the need to add more sauce.
