Had my whole El Salvadorian family come to Fabrika for my mother’s birthday and the whole place was amazing , de dishes were delicious, very tasty and the all the platers and cocktails were spot on , loved it every second of it , I guess Yugoslavians don’t disappoint, perfect ambience and amazing food ���
For those who don't know about this place, you are missing out! A hidden gem in the western suburbs. Food was amazing, the atmosphere was awesome and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Its a must try for any foodie :-)
Try the tomahawk steak if they have it - well worth the wait time. The cocktails are also amazing. We were sitting at the bar and the bartenders were making drinks non-stop from 730pm. Definitely recommend but best to see if you can get a booking because they get super busy!
Te chef is an artist both taste & presentation,his simplest dishes are so complex in taste & texture into art by fusing modern australian,with Mediterranean & Balkan influences.This is complemented by great staff and the relaxed ambience.Many restaurants have a signature dish or entertainment.Fabrika is just a signature experience full stop.👨🍳🍽🍾🍸🍸🍹🍹👍
Celebrated fathers day at fabrika today! The service was wonderful and the food was delicious and plentiful with amazing flavour and presentation. A sincere congratulations to petar and staff. Amazing place and amazing food.

One of my favorite restaurants in Sydney and it’s in the south west! Food is delicious, cocktails are amazing, cool decor and atmosphere is happening with very attentive wait staff-All our family celebrations are now held here! Can’t wait to go back!
The food is ABSOLUTLY to die for, the fit out has so many small personal touches along with a vibrant warm feel, the cocktails menu will keep you ordering all night and the service is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.
Without a doubt, a factory of flavour, tried most of the menu and all above expectations, exceptional hospitality and a pleasant and welcoming environment! A true gem in the west for food lovers!
Amazing food, amazing staff and really enjoyed the music. My daughter was jamming her whole way throughout lunch. Great size for large and small parties. Could not fault my experience one bit.

Been to Madera and so it was only natural to try Fabrika. Loved the atmosphere and the service. Food was almost as good as the original restaurant. Great place to entertain family and friends as the food is always better shared.
I can honestly say I've tried all the pizza places from Italian to Mediterranean around this area and beyond. Through years of trying new places, this is probably one of the best if not the best pizza you can get around this area 🍕
But that's not all they do, there's a whole variety of mains including Tomahawk Steak and all sorts of seafood delicacies. As the suburb is dominated with Asian restaurants, this place definitely serves up something unique 😊
Best mixed meat plate with the juiciest and tastiest meat. Sides of cabbage and potato were in a sort of vinaigrette which cut through beautifully.
I had been wanting to visit Fabrika for a while and when opportunity arose OH MY LAWWWWRD my taste buds were not disappointed! The service was wonderful, the vibe was on and I did not want to leave especially with the sexy cocktails 🍸

I was craving for some meat and this place serves up Serbian style meats and freshly baked bread.
We ordered the Madera mix grill, gnocci and some baked bread and dips, everything was delicious and definitely will come back for other dishes. Must order the bread and dip, so good and yet so bad (carbs 😂)
Fabrika by Madera was one of the eateries I featured as part of a promotional series of videos promoting postcode 2166; the restaurant specialises in Balkan street food and it's spacious, airy, trendy and the interior is beautifully designed. Some of their signature dishes sampled were the slow-cooked lamb roasted in a traditional rustic oven, corn on the cob with cheese, and grilled prawns. Thoroughly enjoyed every last bite, and I love that Canley Heights can boast a full-fledged restaurant featuring Balkan street food in amongst all the Asian offerings on the strip.
Service was great. The bartender was very sweet and made me a special drink when I asked for recommendations. The food was spot on. We ordered a seafood platter dish , garlic bread, and a mushroom side. Best meal I've had in a long time.

This cafe is a the sister cafe of Madera Kafe in Warwick farm. Their menu is completely different to the one in Warwick farm. Staff here are super friendly! Although at first when we came in, we were abit confused as no one had come to settle us in, so we assumed that we could sit anywhere.
We ordered the mixed grill platter that had cevapi, serbian sausage, pork neck, chicken thigh, potato and cabbage. Surprisingly it was enough to feed three of us! It came with a dipping sauce with tasted like mustard mixed with something. The meat was cooked very well! Everything on the platter was soo good! Definitely worth the $31.90! There is basically a little bit of everything.
The waiter was lovely! She recommended the lepinja bread with ajvar - some dip mixed with cheese. The bread was hands down, soo soft! The dough, was soo fresh! It looks like those old crunchy buns, but it actually tastes soooo fresh! That with the dip was mindblowingly tasty!
We then finished off with the balkan crepe - eurocrem and plasma keks, recommended by the waiter. Its basically white chocolate x nutella crepe! The crepe was soo soft! And everything just went soo well together!
Overall, I definitely love both Madera cafe’s! Love that they have really good opening hours! Would definitely come back and try more of their food! Service was really good! The waiter was lovely and recommended us all sorts of things. Price is on the expensive side, but it is definitely worth it for the quality that you are getting!
I've dined here twice and always found it pleasant.
Some of the menu item is obviously foreign to us which was made up by experienced and well trained staff that knows the food well. They offer suggestions and pronounces the names of the menu items in its native tongue.
The environment was well done in its European theme.
It is a great place to take people who are visiting the area. Our friends were not expecting to eat a European meal in the middle of Canley Heights.
the food we ordered was amazing, definitely reminded me of my grandparents and what I grew up on. I would love to see some savoury palacinke on the menu as well. overall it was a great experience. rating a 4 only due to personal preference with regards to the staff, they should be more knowledgeable about the food (particularly the way it is pronounced) and when asked should know what it is and be able to sell it well. sorry no pictures, I was too excited to eat!
Food was delicious, dessert was amazing and the staff are very friendly! Food takes a very reasonable time to come out and although we were placed in the corner due to ‘bookings’ of several tables which were empty the whole time and we were a little ‘forgotten’ about, it was still a great experience.
Ughhhh I’m so full from the amaaaazing food right now ! The restaurant is nicely tucked away near plenty of parking. Service is friendly and prompt making the experience all the more better. Although the food was a little on the salty side, I cannot fault too much. I highly recommend the traditional pork neck and KOH for dessert.

I loved the vibe in the restaurant, it’s completely unexpected, I felt like I wasn’t even in Canley Heights! Went there around dinner time and the restaurant gets pretty packed throughout the night. The service was unfortunately slow when ordering food, waitress told us to wait for one minute while she had to do something and when she was done, she forgot about our table (she was clearly walking around to other tables to see if there were finished dishes to collect) around 10 minutes later, she came back to us. Food took around 30 minutes but came all at once. It was a Saturday night with a full house so I am being pretty generous about the waiting time. Food overall was above average, the skewers were the highlight out of all the dishes. They had a wide menu but it was pricey for its portion and location. Overall I would give this place another go.

Good service, great food, wonderful atmosphere. The $45 set menu will have u feeling full way before mains are served. Mezze boards were delicious, pasta dishes were really tasty and the mix grill and pizza for mains were amazing. Will definitely be doing my next function there again.
Delicious food and friendly staff! Have been here a few times now and it is always fantastic. I would recommend booking for dinner as they can get quite full quickly!
Food is quite good and authentic. this extends from entrees to mains to deserts. However the steel chairs are mega uncomfortable and the African drum music is way too loud.
