I really liked this place! Very cosy and bright, and staff were lovely. The food was awesome - the cheesy garlic pizza is a MUST and the lemon pepper calamari was delicious. Well priced too, great pub for a family gathering or celebration.

Had a great night here. Chose to go here purely based on a Google Map search of pubs and this one was close to home. We got the cheese and garlic pizza to share for entree and it was the size of a normal pizza! Was fresh and hot 👌 for mains, we got the Guinness pie and schnitzel with garlic sauce. B

Mothers day lunch, garlic prawns were best meal, 12 for $34 and came with slices of Turkish bread, we ordered side of chips which were very soggy, prawns might be from shark Bay, but bit pricey. Chicken parmigiana did not have much sauce, chips were not cooked and soggy. Roast was average too but on

We went for dinner last night and it was very busy so we waited a really long time for our food. The salad bar is quite sad, and the dessert bar is very limited. We had the cheese and garlic calzone, which appeared to be minus the garlic; however it was perfectly cooked and wonderf and crispy around

Heard about the 1/2 price seafood platter so we came to try. Was tasty and had a good mix of items. We liked the idea of the salad bar and ice-cream stand. Place could do with a little renovations, a bit run down.

Stopped in here for some lunch. I had the chicken parmy and she had the pot pie. We both rated our meals very highly. The parmy was delicious and the pot pie was so tasty. We both highly recommend Market City Tavern for a pub lunch.

Didn’t ask for proof of vaccines. Said they couldn’t sell a kids meal to me as they don’t make any money on it. Had to buy a dish that was too large for me that had chicken in it. Asked to remove the chicken as I’m a vegetarian, wouldn’t change the price either. Will not be back.

Very disappointing, no service in the lounge area in the afternoon, some lady friends had to go into the bar for a drink and face skimpy barmaids. If they don't get staff in the lounge we won't be back.
