Really enjoyable meal at Tasty Chinese. Delicious meal followed by, I would have to say, THE best deep fried ice cream I've ever tried. Will be back again - cant wait for Yum Cha :)

The most amazing Chinese food ever in Australia, the chef Tony Lam is professional and got the passion of cooking Chinese food. Definitely will go again and again! Come and try the spicy squid and the steam fish! It will make your day!

Best Chinese I've had in years! Staff were very nice and friendly and food came out fast. The Mongolian lamb was to die for! My only complaint is that they're not in Townsville so I can dine there all the time!

On holidays and thought we would try it out. Awesome food. Very well priced. We thought the pricing was cheap but this is comparing it to Sydney pricing, not sure about local.

We are two families who bought meals takeaway from this restaurant. We were all more than happy with the food and the service. Eleven of us had the following:
Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup - yummo, really good, a couple of us claim to be SCS connoisseurs :).
Sweet and Sour Pork - excellent, well cooked, not dry.
Honey Chicken - Very good.
Fried Rice - Very Good.
Cantonese Duck - absolutely amazing, cooked to perfection, sauce was excellent too.
Garlic Prawns - excellent, prawns nice and firm, vegies well cooked, garlic sauce was yum.
Beef and Black Bean - Seriously one of the best I've personally tasted, so good, beef tender and black bean sauce top notch.
Sesame Prawn Toasts - home made, excellent.
Dim Sims - on the small side, but so good, again, one of the best dim sims I've had.
Spring Rolls - good, a bit small.
So all in all, 7 adults and 4 children ate this meal, and not one complaint. We had bought one serve of everything except the fried rice/sesame prawn toast/dim sim/spring rolls which we bought two serves of each = all up just over $175 dollars of food, we thought it was a bargain for so many of us, and we ate everything, but all had plenty to eat. Highlights were the Cantonese Duck and the Beef with Black bean sauce. Would definitely buy from there again. Recommended!!!

Got takeaway as no dining in at present due to staff shortages. We bought 12 dishes and every single one of them was delicious!! Fed my family and they all raved how good it was. Satay and Szechuan personal favourites... yum!!! Thanks so much.
Great good food, very reasonably priced. I got the sizzling Mongolian beef and it was fantastic. The alcohol was pretty cheap too, only $7.50 for a nip and mixer. The staff were great and very friendly.

We got the Mongolian beef and king prawns. The food was very tasty. The only critic is the rice which was a little hard and dry but the other dishes was great. We will be coming back and recommend this place.
Very nice meal and reasonably priced. The fried rice was a tad bland although I can not fault any of the other dishes we had.
Wow I had absolutely beautiful meal tonight, must have chicken stir-fry vegetables and combination fried rice vegetables so fresh so delicious.
