Had a good experience at this cafe. Good coffee and rasin toast. Owner was helpful in regards to gluten free issues.

absolutely appalling customer service, found a hair in the food and they weren’t apologetic what so ever and wasn’t willing to refund. Gave a voucher for half the price of the meal which will be completely useless as we will not be returning. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

Meals were beautiful and come quite quickly given how busy the place was. Spaghetti Bolognes was the kids favourite.

The Mrs is a coffee affectionado, she only goes to the good coffee cafès of which this place is one.

The woman with the long hair needs to learn some manners when greeting customers or should find another career. What a rude piece of work only wanted 2 coffees and it was mid afternoon . I popped in there for lunch a thick shake and a pie which I eventually got. Because they brought out a milkshake which they quickly change over to a thick shake and the pie was cold but they properly fixed all the issues good customer service regards Mark
