Very limited food menu. Staff are alright, it's not exactly a warm welcoming vibe. Maybe because they're busy. Coffees are good, sausage rolls are tasty. Would be great to have a friendlier environment with a bigger menu.
The Alleycat Cafe is a quaint private out of the way cafe located in the back corner of Theatre Place Mailing Rd. We found the service was good, a good range of cakes and food to go. We enjoyed the coffee and the quiet relaxing area. Free papers supplied. A good cafe find.
Beautiful space but we had the soup here and it was sad hence the three stars otherwise it could easily be 5. It's french, why not have oignon soup? Friendly staff, good coffee, yummy ham & cheese croissant, great little spot! What's not to love?!? The price maybe. Bit expensive, but during these hard times of lockdowns, happy to pay a premium to ensure a good cafe stays open!
