Review Pizzarea - Capalaba

Great Service, reasonably priced, awesome food. All is Vegan.

Very very good pizza. I have never left a review before and basically signed up just to leave this review. Have been here multiple times and tried various menu options. I have never been dissapointed. Great options for vegetarians and vegans. I grew up in Capalaba and whenever i head back to the area i know where to head for my pizza.

This review is related to my experience in Capalaba store Worst experience Extremely unfriendly staff Will close the shop whenever they want Don't have half the items on the menu Came in for an anniversary surprise dinner and felt extremely disappointed. Food we recieved was soggy and very sweet while we asked for spicy version. Further the shop doesn't even have a sign outside by its name It just says pizzeria.... that's all There are thousands of pizzerias in Brisbane. If you don't advertise who you are how will you be having customers ( staff was giving reason of few customers for shutting down early).

Bit disappointed. Base was soggy by the time I got home, very doughy had to pop it back in oven. Toppings very heavy and a little bland. The Sands Hotel in Cleveland still have best pizza this side of town. The search continues.

Unfortunately not a very memorable first experience. The Garlic prawn pizza sounded good; Garlic mornay cheese base gently complements roasted capsicums, spanish red onion and succulent tiger prawns. Quite different to what we got. A margherita style sauce, overpowered with jar garlic covered in tiny packet prawns with a breath of cheese on top. Quite disappointed. Won't be back.

Visited due to being voted Best Burger on Gold Coast...it was OK. Staff had no idea. Whsn asked what the burger patties were made from? 'we dont know'. Is there soy in the burgers 'we think they might be soy free, but can't be sure' Couldn't supply ingredient listing. The kids thought the patties were spicy and didn't finish them. $70 for 4 burgers...expected better.

I cant get enough, they are amazing. Domino's and Pizza Hut could only dream of making pizza's of this quality. Beautifuly hand made with a more than generous amount of the freshest toppings...I'm drooling typing this..

I go here WAY too often. Vegan-friendly grocery store next door, and amazing food and variety. Pizzas and burgers with lots of fake meat and vegan cheese. What more could a vegan want?

Absolutely love this pizza joint. We always get the vegan garlic starters ans vegan new orleans. We have tried a couple of the other vegan options but found the vegan new orleans is the absolute best. <br/><br/>It's our family's favourite pizza joint! They chuck so much on the pizza at a reasonable price. The place is usually run by young staff but they do a great job of it. The cashiers might not look too enthused or happy but we csn guarantee this place is a winner.

Pizzarea have a sensational vegan menu.  My fav is the vegan americano!  Service is amazing, staff are very friendly & the food is delicious!  The best takeaway vegan pizza around!

I was very impressed with the amazing pizzas we had when dining at The pizzarea tonight. The pizzas are loaded with topping and great value for money. The separate vegan menu offered lots of choices and did not disappoint. The friendly staff was eager to please. We will definitely return. :)

Had the best pizza eva, eva, eva on Saturday night. My husband and I have had pizzas from different shops but these were the best. The toppings were delicious, plentiful and absolutely yummy. We had the New Orleans and the Meatlovers and they were just so yum. In fact, thinking of having them again for tea tonight. The only problem is they are just 5 minutes down the road from us so there will be no second thoughts about having them again as they are so close. Definitely 10/10. See you guys again soon.

Wow not what I expected. We have been to over 50 different pizza restaurants around Brisbane and we loved it. It is very casual so don't expect to be sitting in a fancy restaurant. We normally order two large pizzas but we only got through 1 pizza and 1 slice from the second one. The toppings were huge. Two pizza slices enough for me. My husband always goes on about the sauce and he said it was one of the best he had ever tasted. We found out they make their own sauce. More then enough of each topping. I guess if you want a great casual meal where you leave full and satisfied this is the place for you.

Very friendly staff but the pizza was bland. I was really disappointed and most of it went to waste. I was expecting a home made base but instead it tasted like a frozen pizza base from the shops.

Amazing Pizza and great service!. Just wow! What can I say, this places is amazing. I was there a few days back and got the vegan Not-Meatlovers and it was awesome. The friend with me (who isn’t vegan) absolutely loved it to. We also got another pizza and it was just as great. And the portion sizes for that prizes is incredible! Also, the friend got a Pizzabread and she loved it. Pizza topping on garlic bread, fantastic idea. <br/>Love this place and going back tonight. Can’t suggest it enough!!

Pizzarea capalaba. Ordered online, meant to come in 80mins, was way over. Didn't offer any compensation. Don't use.

Tasty pizza for a good price. We ordered pizza from here several timea. Each time the pizza was very tasty and freah. The mango chicken pizza and the lamb pizza were especially yum. The vouchers on groupon including a drink and garlic bread made this a great value option for a family meal.

3 pizzas orderes... including Gourmet Supreme & Pumpkin Veg...without taste. Lots of toppings with on time delivery but unfortunately all 3 were tasteless. We were so disappointed and cannot understand why there was no taste, not even the cheese, even though all ingredients looked fresh. We are miffed. Sorry dont like giving bad reviews but needed to be said.

Great value for money. This is the second time our family used Pizzarea. On both occasions the standouts were the qood quality of the ingredients (including the freshness of veggies), really good taste ("better than homemade" was one of the comments), and the generousity of toppings.<br/>Gluten-free can also be accommodated across many pizzas which is fantastic though it'd be nice to have that also in larger sizes than the smallest only.<br/><br/>Compared to the big chains, you get heaps more in each box, servicing more people per pizza with much better taste. Definitely great value for money.

The besttttt. The most convenient, amazingly priced and tasty pizza. I am a vegan and despite many pizza places refusing to serve a vegan pizza (too complicated/it would fall apart without cheese), the man was able to provide a vegan pizza :) He also cut it into 4 pieces rather than 6 to make it easier for me to eat without it falling apart! Also, it tasted amazing! :)

Chicken & Pineapple - shocking. Just had a Chicken & Pineapple and it was shocking. The base was so bland ad the chicken barely tasteabel. Had to end up adding a bit of chilli sauce to liven things up.<br/><br/>Sorry guys....

Hands down the best pizza i have ever had. The carnivore will forever go down in my history book.

OMG! Seriuosly the best pizza i've ever had! We got a supreme and a chicken & pineapple for the kids. The toppings were fresh, plentyful, and absolutely delicious! The pizzas had the right amount of toppings, the cheese was amazing, and flavours were just perfection! I rate these pizzas 10/10! Pizzerea is the best! Highly recommended

Taste and substance. Nice people, tasty food, great value for money.

Wasn't nice at all you could make better at home. And way to much flour under the base. I asked for no basil on one pizza, got home and base was covered in basil pesto. Also garlic is the same as you buy from supermarket. We threw it out :-(

Won't be back. Pretty disappointed. And what's with no bacon in a pizza shop??? Bizarre. They were very evasive. First I was told they had run out (go down to the shop and buy some more!!) then the story changed. They never have it there due to religious reasons. Please keep religion out if my pizza - I'm the customer and I decide!!! Other pizza shop in Capalaba much better!!
