Review Eastern Tiger Restaurant - Cardiff

A lovely experience we had during our dining at this fantastic restaurant with lots of reasonable choices that will definitely satisfy your cravings for asian cuisine. I highly suggest this buffet if you are heading to foster.. The staff are very welcomin. Restaurant is clean. Definitely coming back again.

A busy Saturday we attended and forgot to make a booking. However that attendant was wonderful and put us on a waitlist. We only waited the time it was to buy drinks and our table was ready. Wonderful service. Food was of quality and very fresh. Clean premises. Busy polite staff removing all used plates. A great family restaurant which has an all you can eat buffet with a fantastic variety.

Was there today looks very nice but food is way way over cooked and very very dry and tuff and at 29 each and 12 for my 3 year the food is very poor I will never go there again and 4.90 for a 300 mil coke as the old saying is you get what u pay for is wrong here should be alot better lol there dessert was a joke

The restaurant looks lovely since the makeover but I feel that there isn’t as much variety now. No caramel tarts, mango ice cream or whipped cream. No prawn toast. I can buy Neapolitan ice cream from the supermarket. I want food, particularly desserts, that I can’t get just anywhere. The food they did have was great quality.

Well I didn’t know what to expect I was told I was going out for an all you can eat meal at the Tiger restaurant at Cardiff I went in with an open mind and I come out with a full stomach yummy to my surprise we were sat down and given a list of food to tick off on a piece of paper then the lady come around collected the paper and went and got our meals she brought back your Food and then give us back the piece of paper and said if you need some more just take off the boxes and I’ll come get it for you. The stuff was excellent the food was fantastic and I have never left the place so full in my life out of 10 I give it an 11 because they went beyond what they had to do to look after you it was well social distanced and I thank you Tiger restaurant for doing such a wonderful job and to all the staff that looked after me and the people I was with at the time thank you again from MWH

Quite disappointed, food used to be delicious.. now it’s dry, overcooked, and lacking flavour. Garlic seafood used to have a nice thick sauce now it just looks like water, prawns have no flavour and the crab is grainy from being Frozen, stir fried noodles were over cooked, spaghetti sitting out in the open makes it stuck together and dry absolutely gross, very unsatisfied from a long time customer.

The staff was horrific soon as I walked in the door I was told it was a pub not a club and was told to keep my jumper on. I felt offended as the staff member made me feel like I was a ****. Later in the night another staff member was quite rude when we had a younger member standing with a supervising adult in the gambling area even tho not far from us there was a 7 year old in the area. The rest of night was horrible I've never had such horrible service I'm very much disappointed in this place that used to be such a nice kind place from when I was younger but it's became a joke. Very very dissapointed.

You will not find better value anywhere. The food is very varied and everyone will find something they like. Some of the food can be hit or miss and sometimes isn't the best but I just take small amounts to try so if I don't like something I don't have to eat it and I'm not wasting big amounts. A lot of yummy food. Asian dishes, aussie favs, seafood, sushi, Desserts, free coffee and hot chocolate. Such a great place. Staff are all friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
